The employees at any good establishment should be required to wear gloves when handling food. If a person is handling money, they should at least wash their hands before and after handling the food. At least one particular employee was seen with flour on her hands, handling money, the drive through window and servicing customers. This is unacceptable unsanitary.

I have ordered from papa johns many times. Today our pizza didn't have nearly enough ingredients on the whole pizza. Very very skimpy

Now that Papa john’s orders taken by reps. All i had to place order for 2 pizza and rep took 19 minutes to place my order. When i arrived there after 20 mins, it wasn’t even ready so had to wait for another 15 mins. I try online orders now. Their quality is good but service is horrible.

Ordered a pizza and side item for delivery. The first pizza delivered was missing half the toppings ordered, and the crust wasn’t the upgraded crust we paid for. We called and said we were happy to wait for a pizza that would correct the order rather than a refund. The second pizza was the attached photo. We ran out to stop the delivery driver and asked if he dropped our pizza, he said it may have flipped in the car but he doesn’t have time he’s got four other places to be. Thankfully we should be receiving a refund, but this is unacceptable.

Picked up a quick dinner on Sunday. I went through drive thru the woman taking the order was blah. I asked how many slices are small . She said she thinks six. No conformation. I waited about 10 mins so the pizza was fresh , however I got thin crust and didn't want that. I asked for a garlic butter and got an extra one.
Don’t waste your money just go get dominoes or Pizza Hut. The customer service is by far the worst!

While the service was good and our pizza was made within 15 minutes the pizza was lacking. They have changed their sauce and it’s highly acidic. It doesn’t taste the same which is disappointing.

Worst service I've ever recieved from papa johns. I won't ever order from here again. Placed an order five hours in advance food was cold and late I seriously don't recommend ordering from here.

Me and my boyfriend have been eating here a lot lately since I got pregnant and am always craving pizza. We don’t usually have any problems. The workers are always super friendly and polite. There are times when we don’t get exactly what we order but that’s understandable cause they do get very busy. But the last time we got pizza here I noticed on the way home that the pizza, specifically the pepperoni, smelt a little off. We shrugged it off though and ended up getting food poisoning. I threw up what I ate (which isn’t normal for me and I know it’s not just because of my pregnancy cause I never got morning sickness) and boyfriend couldn’t stay off the toilet😭 safe to say we’re gonna stay away from here for a while.
