I recieved great service even after making annoying mistakes (ive worked at a pj’s , i know how annoying it is) and wasnt made to feel like a burden or an issue in any way. The food was amazing , i got exactly what i wanted , and the service i got made a really positive impact on how the rest of my night went. highly recommend!!!

Pizza was ordered yesterday for 5pm delivery. Arrived just before 6pm. Pizza not fully cooked, dough was nasty. Have to put in my oven for further cook time. I understand it was busy but come on. Going to drive to domino's and get a better Pizza. This is not the first time either.

My previous review was negative, as at that time this location had messed up my order multiple times. I've since tried it again several years later, and they are much improved now. They have gotten my order perfect the last two years or so until tonight. The only issue I had was ordering extra dipping sauces, somebody must have dropped them because they were all already opened, slight gaps in the peel-back lids to the cups and spilled on my pizza box. Truly unfortunate.
Their drive-thru needs to tell people to move to the back of the queue immediately if their order isn't ready yet. Too many times I drive over when their app says my order is ready, only to wait behind people who seem to have placed their order at the window. This is an even bigger issue in fall /winter, when the store becomes drive-thru only after dark very early.

They really need to hire better people, or train their workers on how to make a pizza. They are consistently bad nowadays. Hardly any cheese or sauce, mostly crust. It's a shame, because most papa johns make really good pizzas.

The employees at any good establishment should be required to wear gloves when handling food. If a person is handling money, they should at least wash their hands before and after handling the food. At least one particular employee was seen with flour on her hands, handling money, the drive through window and servicing customers. This is unacceptable unsanitary.

I have ordered from papa johns many times. Today our pizza didn't have nearly enough ingredients on the whole pizza. Very very skimpy
