After waiting almost 2 hours for my delivery. The driver came with the wrong order. Had to drive to Papa John's at Highway 14 and Pelham. To pick it up. I wanted them to have my delivery fee removed. I also wanted them to remake the order because it was sitting for well over a hour. The manager on duty was being extremely rude telling me he has no help. And it's going to be a 1 hour wait. This is not how you conduct business, especially when you made the mistake. I canceled the order and went to Hungry Howie's on Highway 14 off of Woodruff Road. They did a great job and only took them 15 minutes make me an order. I wish they delivered closer to my house otherwise I wouldn't have never went to Papa John's on Pelham Road.

The reason I'm leaving this review is because I picked up an order from here and literally saw one of the managers with her hands on her hips take some pizza dough and start tossing it around. with her bare hands, I was so alarmed that I yelled excuse me to get her attention and she came over to see what I needed. When i asked her about what i just witnessed ahe immediately went into defense mode. I repeated what i witnessed her do and she apologies which means nothing in the grand scheme of things. Im leaving this to inform you all of what I saw. She had No gloves and didn't wash her hands. Eat here at your own risk you've been warned. Trifling eww, disgusting 🫣 I can't belive i just witnessed this. Disgusting

I ordered online and received an order confirmation email. I get to the store only to be told that they had no orders for me. Then I checked and made sure I had the correct store and I did. Then when I wanted to order in store the manager told me she did not know how to use papa bucks in store. Absolute shame

I know I ordered mediums but this is ridiculous. Most of the pizza is crust. Will not be returning to this location.
I'm not sure that it's this local places fault.. But I called in an order that clearly went to a call center not in the US... They took my order and then told me it would be ready. When arriving.. 1 pizza was ordered but the other one wasn't. I had to wait another 10 mins while my pizza got cold. Won't be ordering Papa John's again.. Would rather order from a place where I talk to people in Greenville

This location has gone downhill. It used to be my favourite Friday night delivery but I’ve given them three separate order opportunities to read the instructions correctly and get me the correct order. Last night was by far the worst my pizza has ever been that I could only eat one slice from the large. The crust was completely soggy and under cooked! Toppings falling off of it. When I specifically request every single time “Well Done”, it isn’t a compliment for taking my order!! The cheese sticks had literally no cheese on them it was a crust mini pizza heated in the oven. Should have used that dough to make my large pizza better! They also outsource to DoorDash for the delivery so there are times where your pizza could be there in 30 mins, or 2 hours!

If I could give a zero star, I would worst experience ever I made a order. I waited 15 minutes before I went and got it. They told me I would have to wait 30 more minutes 30 more minutes turned into over an hour and 25 minutes people around me, DoorDash Uber eats were coming and picking up stuff like it was nothing while I sat there for two pizzas nothing special for the order. I was never apologize to offered anything very rude and disrespectful. I will never do business with this place again, this place needs to be shut down worst location ever I’ve never been more infuriated in my life
