Ordered carry out from here two weeks ago. The app didn’t tell me the pizza was being made after an hour so I eventually just drove there to get cold pizza. The folks at the store told me the app usually works right.
I ordered again today and it was a big surprise when the app and website didn’t work again to show me any progress on the pizza. I drove to the store for my pickup and joined about 15 other people standing in the front of the store. The workers were busy, but nobody came to the front to check our names and the shelves with pizzas had a few on them that might have been handed out if someone came to the register and processed the line.
They eventually called my name and handed me my pizzas. When I got home I realized they didn’t give me the buffalo sauce for the wings. Shame on me for not double checking.

Terrible DoorDash experience! They do not communicate well with one another. Management was also very dismissive at this location. I'm not a person to write reviews, but when you act in the manner that was presented, things should be said.

App gave this store for my delivery placed my order and waited over an hour and a half and the app said the order was on its way then it was canceled.i called and they said I was out of their delivery range but when asked why I had to call and with an oh well attitude the guy I think his name was Adam said we refunded your card and when ask why haven't I been called he didn't have a answer. Would not recommend this store at all.

Place a order at 6:04, it is now 7:48 no pizza , try calling the store straight to voicemail waiting for 5 minutes no one ever picked up ridiculous customer service want be ordering from them again ,avoid this place at all cost

After waiting almost 2 hours for my delivery. The driver came with the wrong order. Had to drive to Papa John's at Highway 14 and Pelham. To pick it up. I wanted them to have my delivery fee removed. I also wanted them to remake the order because it was sitting for well over a hour. The manager on duty was being extremely rude telling me he has no help. And it's going to be a 1 hour wait. This is not how you conduct business, especially when you made the mistake. I canceled the order and went to Hungry Howie's on Highway 14 off of Woodruff Road. They did a great job and only took them 15 minutes make me an order. I wish they delivered closer to my house otherwise I wouldn't have never went to Papa John's on Pelham Road.

Papa Johns is completely unethical. Don't waste your time going to the store if you have issues online. They're just going to tell you "We can't honor the pricing online" and charge you 30% more to screw you over. Completely unethical company!

The reason I'm leaving this review is because I picked up an order from here and literally saw one of the managers with her hands on her hips take some pizza dough and start tossing it around. with her bare hands, I was so alarmed that I yelled excuse me to get her attention and she came over to see what I needed. When i asked her about what i just witnessed ahe immediately went into defense mode. I repeated what i witnessed her do and she apologies which means nothing in the grand scheme of things. Im leaving this to inform you all of what I saw. She had No gloves and didn't wash her hands. Eat here at your own risk you've been warned. Trifling eww, disgusting 🫣 I can't belive i just witnessed this. Disgusting

I ordered online and received an order confirmation email. I get to the store only to be told that they had no orders for me. Then I checked and made sure I had the correct store and I did. Then when I wanted to order in store the manager told me she did not know how to use papa bucks in store. Absolute shame
