My Husband and I just popped into Peggys Diner on our way to NC. We were greeted by a very funny gentleman who made me laugh and invited us to sit wherever we liked. The very sweet server greeted us and we placed our order which was the special of the day. The fried chicken 🍗 and hushpupies were delicious and flavorful!! We recently traveled from Ohio to Greer South Carolina to visit family. We really enjoy out of the way family dining. What a great place this was. The food, service and overall experience was superior! Peggys sister and son waved at us from the kitchen, her sister in law was a cashier. The portions were large and tasted wonderful. Every staff member was kind, courteous respectful and helpful. What a great stop this was, we will be back
