We tried Pizza Hut in Greer since we have not had Pizza Hut in many years. The pizza was very good. My wife had hand tossed crust and I had the NY style. Both were very good. We will be back.

This has been over a month and I still haven’t received my refund on an order I never received. Ordered through the website because it showed delivery available. After an hour DoorDash took over and the 1st dasher cancelled due to the wait. After the 2nd driver was assigned, I called to cancel. They said it would be up to 5 business days and I never received my refund. Emailed the customer service team and even went up there, still nothing! I’m disappointed because I was a fan of Pizza Hut, but seeing how this situation was handled, I will no longer be spending my money with them.

The service was excellent! I went in to place an order to go and as I saw that the person that took my order was busing helping other customers, when he took my order he was very polite and courteous, and assist me with providing answers to my questions about my food order. My order was done in a timely manner and it was fresh and really good taste. I have not been in a Pizza Hut for quite some time, but after my last experience, I am definitely coming back!
Why did I even try this location (Greer Wade Hampton) again after the same 1-star experience last time. We arrived at 8p in plenty of time to order. My husband was meeting me and when he got there we decided to dine in. When I asked the girl if we just sit anywhere she said no because they didn’t have a server. I told her that we don’t need a server I can walk up here and grab the box of pizza. I was really thinking OK there’s six kids back here working/not working and not one of them could bring a pizza to a table. Then the website said they had BOGO pizza on Tuesday, but she said they don’t honor that at this location, (ok could be true) then 3 of the 4 things we tried to order for the $7 dollar deal they didn’t have. We asked for pan pizza but she said they don’t have any pan pizzas or couldn’t make one (is it different or made a certain way?) The main thing we noticed and could not believe was them completely ignoring the phone ringing from behind the to-go counter. It was intentionally turned up loud so you could hear it, and I can only imagine how much business was lost. Mind you we were the only ones in there they were not busy and I counted 5 standing around. I guess because I am a manager, this bothered me more than it should have but I just wonder if there is any leadership in there at night. Now, I could be wrong or maybe I just don’t understand the pizza business but come on!! Oh, the best part was the 18 lemon pepper fries they put in a big box. Who does that except someone who does not care.

I ordered a big dinner box through door dash tonight (sunday). The box was not even sealed and was missing our wings. I called the store to ask if it was on the driver or if they accidentally left it out. They fully acknowledged the issue and said it was their fault but they couldn't and wouldn't do anything about it and said I needed to contact doordash. Which I did and only got a $9 credit on a $47 order. How disappointing and inconsiderate on both ends. The least pizza hut could have done was let me drive back to them and bring the pizza back for a remake so we didn't have cold pizza as I was going to go back for the wings they forgot but they refused to even do a remake. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND this location! I did not even get an apology.
