The staff was very friendly, smiled and my food came up quick. The lady who helped me was very sweet. i ordered a stuff crust pizza. The food just wasn't any good. The dough taste frozen. Its so dry. They didn't put garlic butter on the crust. The crust taste like a microwave pizza, and the pizza had very little cheese and almost no sauce. I couldn't finish the pizza because it was just so dry and the frozen taste in the dough just was so off putting. Its really sad. I love pizza hut, but pizza hut cuts corners on the toppings a little too much. They charge more than other pizza places but put the least amount of toppings and cheese on their pizzas.Their taught to short the cheese and short toppings on their food to keep their food cost low, but it really effects the taste of their food. This location almost always looks like a ghost town. Its getting obliterated by little ceasers and the dominos across the street, who both make better food. Im almost always, the only person there. This pizza hut has really fallen allot. They need to really up the quality of their food, and improve the customer experience to bring back the huge amount of customers they have lost. I really hope that they turn the place around.

By far the most disgusting pizza I've ever had, dry no taste, plus the clerk gave me the wrong order or could understand half mushrooms and onions the other half jalapeño.

I don't always enjoy a classic slice of Americana, but when I do, I prefer the legendary comfort of Pizza Hut in Greer, South Carolina. Walking through those doors feels like a warm, cheesy hug from a neighbor who always remembers your name and exactly how much crushed red pepper you can handle. It is the kind of establishment that anchors a community, providing a reliable sanctuary for hungry families and weary travelers alike on Wade Hampton Boulevard. This isn't just a restaurant; it’s a high-energy flavor factory where the dough is always rising and the smiles are even bigger!
The Pan Pizza is a masterclass in reliability, featuring a crust so golden and crisp it could win a pageant, yet remaining fluffy enough to serve as a pillow for a very small, very hungry kitten. The staff brings a level of enthusiasm that would make a cheerleader look low-energy, ensuring your order is handled with the precision of a professional pit crew. Furthermore, their wings are the ultimate wingman for any meal, tossed in sauces that provide a delightful zing without overwhelming the conversation. Finally, the value here is absolutely stellar, making it a smart choice for anyone looking to feast like a king while keeping their royal treasury perfectly intact.
Stay cheesy, my friends.

I came in to pick up my food and was being charged an extra 17.99 than what the prices are quoted. Watch your tickets and their advertisements. I will never spend my money there again and is sad cause Pizza Hut is my favorite.

Terrible service!! There are about 10 people inside all waiting for their orders while the whole team is on their phones sitting down. I can see ready pizzas and the oven backed up with pizzas aswell yet they aren’t handing them out. My pizza was supposed to be ready 20 mins ago!

It seems opening the dining room back up is a great concept, but staff isn’t prepared for it. We came after work, so a busy time of day. There’s a sign to see the cashier to be seated (a bit odd). The cashier was more interested in his cell phone than ensuring we were seated, and called one of his line cooks over to seat us and wait on us. So the one guy took our order and brought two cups of each drink to the table. This told me my gut instinct that he is working kitchen and waiting tables was correct. After we received our pizza and breadsticks, we didn’t see the waiter again until we were finished eating and completely out of drink. The cashier… on his phone the entire time even when customers are standing right in front of him waiting for service. We had to ask about the dessert pizza we had ordered to which the waiter/cook replied “oh, I forgot. I’ll get one cooking now”. The staffing issue is not this young man’s fault. He is very pleasant, but I can tell he’s overwhelmed. I tipped him appropriately because it truly isn’t his fault. As far as atmosphere… please do away with the chiming bell! It is ridiculously annoying.

I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza. There was barely any cheese or sauce on it. Very dry pizza.

Shoot! I should have taken a picture of the pizza before we threw it away! ...if I had, I'm pretty sure no one would be ordering for from here 😂

Food was good. Service...so,so. There was only two people working the entire restaurant. Most Pizza Huts are no more. It was nice to visit one with sit down service.
