3rd visit (at least) on a slow Monday night. Service was cordial, a touch slow on a slow night. Food took a while. Overall, food was good and good-sized portions. Will be back again on a $1 wing night!Parking: Plenty of parking just a few steps from the door.

I renewed my wedding vows and the family and wedding party went to Rigsby’s for our rehearsal dinner. We had 30 people and they accommodated all of us. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful dinner and a wonderful experience. I will always be grateful and recommend Rigsby’s to anyone looking for great food and great service.

Came here for lunch today. I was with 6 other people and we were seated by the bar. Noticed that the hostess was also out server. Had to wait close to 40 minutes for our food. Food was alright but not outstanding.

Ate here for the first time last weekend. The waitress was very friendly and everything else was just average. Had to wait about 35 minutes for our food after we ordered, even though there were only 1 other table with customers and they were already eating. The food was pretty good but not great.

Service and atmosphere were great but my burger was way overcooked and the only thing I could taste was the BBQ sauce the burger seemed to have bathed in. Nice clean place with a great server but I won't be back.

Don't even try to order the deviled eggs because you won't get any. I've tried a few times and the first two times was told they were out and the last time the waitress didn't even bring them or acknowledge that I ordered them and when I asked she said she forgot. Someone in the kitchen obviously is saying no to making them.
I've eaten here at least 10 times over a year and it never disappoints. Great food, great service and great atmosphere, especially on music bingo Thursdays!

Made a to go order. Missing main ingredients on the salad, no fries with the kids meal and specifically asked for malt vinegar and got none. Fries are great though. Just annoying more than anything. DETAILS MATTER.

Food was great. Could not ask for better service. But for some reason the Manager fired my waitress over a order she place for a customer. The sad part is he did it mid shift and in front of all his customers. Poor Management. I go there at least once a week and always wondered why they had so much turn over with help. But I know now. I will not be returning.
Stopped in for lunch. First time here and it was great. The food was excellent. Had wings, Parmesan tots and chili. The service was fantastic and Ph'nesse and John were very helpful and fun. It's nice to have people who enjoy where they work take care of you. The manager came by to check on us as well and we had a nice conversation. We will definitely be regulars! And, since it's almost December they were playing some great Christmas music!
