My son and husband are very big fans of this place they have a sweeter sauce on their Pizza and that's their kind of thing the toppings are very fresh and the people are always so kind and helpful we are huge fans!

Went to this restaurant because we recently discovered this place on DoorDash and enjoyed the food, well when we got here and went through the drive through we ended up waiting 10 minutes for someone to come to the window but no one came, we honked the horn and still no one came, we ended up going inside to order and after asking the man working there if they used the window he said yes, after telling him we waited for 10 minutes just to order he said sorry and took our order which is going to be another 20 minutes, Ive had a knee and back injury recently and going inside just to order is painful for me. I also have class soon so the wait, drive and eating gives me very little time to get to school
After getting the food it turned out to have a lot of sauce (we asked for extra light sauce maybe he misheard us because he had an earbud in his ear) me and my partner don’t often get pizza so when we do we’d like to have it how we want it and within a reasonable time especially when there are no other customers waiting. The wait is fine, annoying that we have to wait an extra 10 minutes because someone is lazy, but the actual food itself should be how we want it. We can overlook this incident because we did enjoy the food the first 2 times we ordered it through DoorDash (which had no problems with the order) we hope that in the future the food will be made properly and we won’t have to wait to order.

I went a few days to get some food and got a deep dish with pepperoni and banana peppers, the best pizza I have had in a while! Would recommend to anyone the service was amazing! Emily helped me out even though she was the only one there, and it was busy. She was very nice and explained the menu and answered all my questions! Very good customer service skills. That girl needs a raise!

Look - the food is great but this nonsense with making people sit in their car at A drive-through window when their order isn’t ready at the exact time they arrive is bad customer service. And having to drive around the building again because someone pulls up behind me whose order might be ready ahead of mine – again is bad customer service. Keep your lobby open until you’re closed or at least while it’s broad daylight outside and you have an army of people in the building like you did when I just picked up my stuff. If it’s after dark and there’s only one or two people left in there - I can get there for safety reasons but other than that you guys are doing something that is inconvenient for your guests.

They use Doordash for delivery. My delivery order that processed through ROMEOS PIZZA was delivered to a different address so I never received my $35 order. I don't use Doordash because it is an unreliable service. IF I had known that Romeos pizza uses Doordash I NEVER would have placed a delivery order. Sad cause I love Romeos pizza but they lost me as a customer because of this.
I'm usually a thin crust enthusiast but my wife was missing her Chicago style deep dish pizza. She talked me into getting the Romeos Italiano and I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed this pizza. Romeos has great thin and traditional style pizza but this is a great option when looking for a change of pace.

We struggled for a long time to find a good pizza place close to home. Food is always fresh, pizza has plenty of toppings, salads are fantastic. Our order has never been wrong, always on time for pick up and the employees are always friendly.

UPDATE: They called and admitted overcharging me and manually entering the charge wrong which doesn’t even sound right and then told me to have my bank refund me. That’s still stealing. They probably do this a lot and just think people won’t notices
Watch this place. They charged me exactly 5.00 extra dollars on a take out pizza order and tried to scam me. I am assuming they wrote in a tip and stole it. The order was 12.95 and they charged 17.95 so I’m disputing with my bank.
