I came to order two açaí bowls for my daughters and waited 30 minutes for them to finally give us are order. We left and then find that the fruit was rotten and had mold. We came back and got a refund, watch when they serve you fruit.

I just purchase the Acai Cocoa Haze through drive through around 5:36pm today. As I was eating the fruit, I noticed the slice banana were hard and taste funny. As much as I come through to pick up a bowl. I never had that issue. I wanted to report it and make things right because im so disappointed. I male answered the phone and tried to explain to him about these hard sliced bananas. He said the manager is not in today. He said they were busy and nothing else they can do. I offered to bring the sliced banana to show him how hard it feels. He appear not to care whether I bring it or not since the manager is absence today. I won't waste my time or money at this location.

It would’ve been nice if the smoothie was actually blended. I got an island impact and I’m having to eat it with a spoon and chew it because there are whole chunks of pineapple in it clogging the straw. The service was quick (which makes the unblended smoothie make more sense)

Did an online smoothie order. It was ready. However it wasn't correct. I asked for it to be remade and the second one tasted even worse than the first. Almost like they didn't clean the blender out and leftover flavors. Ew. Asked for a refund. Was told no manager was there. They took my contact info and I got no phone call. No refund. And a whole lot of attitude because the girls behind the counter wanted to tell me they'd made it correctly. They may have but their equipment wasn't clean or they made the wrong smoothie.
Super disappointed.
I've since filed a charge back because no smoothie, doesn't mean you get to keep my money.
If you can't handle uncomfortable situations, perhaps don't be a manager. It's been 3 days now.

Slowest Smoothie King I've been to. There's a consistent 10 minute wait. Very frustrating when there's multiple staff inside and nobody waiting besides the Drive-through, which is ironic.

First time here. We ordered and they were out of strawberries and blueberries (basically the main ingredients of everything) and then the peanut butter clogged so I barely got any. And the employees just giggled and said sorry. Coulda been a lot better if I actually got what I ordered !
