It would’ve been nice if the smoothie was actually blended. I got an island impact and I’m having to eat it with a spoon and chew it because there are whole chunks of pineapple in it clogging the straw. The service was quick (which makes the unblended smoothie make more sense)

Did an online smoothie order. It was ready. However it wasn't correct. I asked for it to be remade and the second one tasted even worse than the first. Almost like they didn't clean the blender out and leftover flavors. Ew. Asked for a refund. Was told no manager was there. They took my contact info and I got no phone call. No refund. And a whole lot of attitude because the girls behind the counter wanted to tell me they'd made it correctly. They may have but their equipment wasn't clean or they made the wrong smoothie.
Super disappointed.
I've since filed a charge back because no smoothie, doesn't mean you get to keep my money.
If you can't handle uncomfortable situations, perhaps don't be a manager. It's been 3 days now.

First time ordering thru Grubhub from this location. Apparently, I picked up my order?? Why would I use Grubhub then? Won't use this location again. Sloppy service and they don't answer their phone.

Slowest Smoothie King I've been to. There's a consistent 10 minute wait. Very frustrating when there's multiple staff inside and nobody waiting besides the Drive-through, which is ironic.

First time here. We ordered and they were out of strawberries and blueberries (basically the main ingredients of everything) and then the peanut butter clogged so I barely got any. And the employees just giggled and said sorry. Coulda been a lot better if I actually got what I ordered !

They gave me a butter pecan Pup Cup for my dog - which I assumed was yogurt based and intended for dogs, because why would they give dogs actual butter pecan ice cream? Turns out it was regular butter pecan ice cream. And that pecans are highly toxic to dogs. So now I have to take my dog to the vet to get ahead of this.
How could they serve Pup Cups that are toxic for dogs?! Terrible management. They’re going to kill someone’s pet.

I was indrive thru,in the morning on Tues,Oct 1st,when l ordered the 20 ounce Keto champ berry,when l pulled up to the window l wanted to use my smoothie king app due to me having a 4.00 coupon but the employee told me their system was down and that she would give me a rectso l could add the promo code that's on the receipt to my app but when l tried to use the code on the receipt it kept saying invalid.l like coming to this business due to their items always being fresh,but l hope they fix their promo codes and app system.
