The general manger is a joke and lied to the police saying my wife was trying to get out and fight her after one of their rude employees said we needed to let them know we had 2 orders to make their job easier which is fine but it is how she said it. They talk to people like dogs. This place is a joke along with the big ass general manger that looks like she hasn't missed a meal ever.

Hard to find a good sonic nowadays. This one is still the best one around despite being in what I would consider a low traffic location. Always friendly service and food is always as expected. Can’t ask for more.
If I could give a -5 stars I would I used to love sonic we went atleast twice a week and now I wouldn’t go once a month today was the last time I ever order from them we ordered through uber eats I watched the driver pick it up and drive straight to my house it was the worst I'm sad knowing how hard I work for my money to waste it on food like that, the chicken was fried so hard you couldn’t bite into it the fries were so over salted and you could taste the oil it was like eating a bad peanut, the blaster wasn’t even mixed they dumped in the candy put a lid on it and off it went of all the restaurants closing I can’t believe their still open

I must I'm very disappointed. Customer service has not been the best lately. On top of slush machine has been down for the last three weeks. The Duncan location is a little drive for me but they have better customer service.

They changed their menu and took what I liked off and also my husbands favorite so we won't be back. I got my sandwich today and it was burnt and I sent it back, and the girl said that was all it could do, but what she brought back was better. My husband said his Smash tasted funny. We are very disappointed. 😭
