It's Starbucks. Convenient but nothing special.

When I asked the worker if she could give me a minute, she replied “let ask Father Time.” I asked what cake pops they offer and the worker said they have the “expensive kind” and then proceeded to list out the flavors. Ultimately in the end I was given the wrong item. I was just wanting to get my coffee and my children some cake pops I didn’t ask for the disrespect I thought you were wanting to sell me your products not turn me away

Love the whole crew here, the mangers and team are kind and helpful. Not to mention they seem to only hire cuties with cool style ❤️

I went to this Starbucks today. Walked in extremely happy and excited about getting me a new Starbucks cup, and then having my drink made for this cup as well only to find disappointment when I reach the person standing at the front counter. I asked the guy at the counter about me purchasing the cup and having my drink made for the cup. He told me that it would be fine for me to purchase the cup, but he didn’t have time to wash it and clean it so that my drink could be made in the cup he told me that I’d have to take it home to wash it and then come back or I could go to another location where they may have time to wash the cup. There was no one else standing in line at this time. There were two people sitting at the table, enjoying their beverages and I was the only person there waiting to be served no backed up line in the drive-through or anything my only purpose for going inside was to purchase the blue Starbucks cup with the double lid because it’s my favorite color And I haven’t been able to find it at any of the previous locations I have been to. But at that time, I was speechless and searching my mind for words to say that would not come off as abrupt or rude to this man and then anger came over me and I decided to walk out. but before walking away, I did explain to him that I just recently had purchased two other cups at separate locations and they had no problem with washing the cup and filling them with my drink, so I didn’t understand why it would be a problem for him to do so as he was just standing there washing his hands in the same sink he could have used to wash my cup. He then proceeded to tell me that if another location allowed me to purchase a Starbucks cup, and then wash it there for me
that they are not supposed to be doing so and that they are going to get in trouble for it because I’m supposed to buy my cup and take it home and wash it myself. But… the cup I wanted
To purchase had what look like a stain or markings on it so he did take the cup and wet a paper towel to try to remove the stain from the cup, so why couldn’t he just wash the cup as well? Make that make sense. Now I don’t know what Starbucks policy is for selling cups to be used for beverages that they sell at the time of purchase, but it was the choice of words and tone this man used with me that didn’t sit well with me and I don’t want to play that card, but I do feel like playing that card at this point because it’s how it made me feel. I will never return to this Starbucks location ever again although it is the closest one to where I live. I will drive another 15 to 20 minutes to a different location where I am treated fairly and like a customer, a person , a human being. Or maybe I’ll just cut out going to Starbucks altogether and find a new place to get coffee.

Crazy busy store and understaffed for the crowd they were dealing with. Drink took almost 30 min to get for inside service. Drive through line was backing up into the street (a main road). Wet cappuccino came out regular, and they forgot the 1 raw sugar requested. It's Starbucks, though, so we just keep dealing with this type of service on a frequent basis regardless of location or time of day. Still beats Dunkin though imo.

This is my favorite starbucks, staff is always cheerful and the coffee is the best. I have been loving the coffee for years - since I am getting older instead of the darker roasts, I am loving Cafe Verona - the city of love- and I love Starbucks!!!

I feel like this location gets my drink wrong a lot, especially whenever I get cold foam. I could never complain about Jay and James though. Both of them are the best!! I love when they work because I know my drinks and experience will be better. They are the best baristas!
