Shayla was about to ring me up for three separate expresso shots, I explained itâs cheaper for her to ring me up for the triple shot, she proceeded to try to come up with a bogus excuse for why she wouldnât do that when thatâs all they have ever done before đ¤Śââď¸ this Starbucks is always a hot mess and needs a Reno with staff and training.

The place is filthy. One employee was mocking customers when we walked into the store so I came back later. Three employees. Zero customers. They used the wrong espresso in my beverage or it was burnt/too much. It definitely didnât taste like the other storesâ. I also bought some ground coffee - instead of dumping the beans in the hopper and putting the bag underneath to catch the grounds - the employee put a pitcher underneath and struggled for quite a while trying to figure out how to get them into the bag (lol) - Iâm pretty sure Starbucks has some training standards that arenât being met here.

Stopped in to get a quick coffee, at this location, for the drive home, as their hours were listed as open 6am. We arrived at 6:42, and the barista said they did not open until 7 am. Kind of feeling like the Starbucks app AND Google can't be wrong about hours. One could only assume the barista was simply just not ready to be open.

I wanted the strawberry frappuccino because I've heard so much about it but unfortunately they were out of the puree. So the gentleman behind the counter says what about the pineapple it's pretty good. So I ordered that. Waited for my drink and the girl behind the counter handed it to me and I said this has a different name on it this is not what I ordered. She said we're out of the pineapple puree so we made you something else but it's just like it. I told her if I had known you didn't have the ingredients I wouldn't have ordered anything. She didn't even apologize.
