I love going to this Starbucks because they always take care of me and they know me. It helps because I go there 5 days a week practically. I've always had really good service and when something didn't go right for example, the app doesn't work or doesn't scan then they would give me a free drink. They certainly didn't have to. But they really do take care of you here.

I don’t usually leave reviews . I just go on about my day but this one was Horrible. Not much to explain the pictures speak for itself . We all know what a dragon fruit coconutmilk beverage looks like My beverage was made extremely quick but 100% the wrong way. TASTE HORRIBLE.. Plus the pieces of fruit is brown and has a burnt Taste. I was not taking any chances drinking more than the 2 sips that I already took. Franchises tend to do bad cuz of employees, not the products they sell. I always get this in simpsonville location with no issue

I’m not sure why I keep tormenting myself by walking into a Starbucks and ordering my usual iced black coffee (straight). Every single time, the employees insist on filling mobile orders and drive through orders when they should be taking care of the customers who turn their cars off and make the effort to walk inside the store. This is why Starbucks is doing poorly because they have forgotten basic customer service. I waited 12 minutes for this….

Unacceptable Service... I visit this location 5-6 days a week. My order is always a Grande Nitro Cold Brew, and a Cheese Danish. $10.15 is the daily total x5 days. Today I was given a nitro cold brew in a venti cup. The cup contained enough foam to fill a grande cup, and less than a tall cup of actual coffee. Reason for the venti cup was they were out of grande cups. That is an inventory management problem, not mine. Only option they provided was to make another one that would have been the same. Horrible customer service.

I want to shout out that Rachel is an exquisite barista. I came through the drive thru to grab an afternoon treat and Rachel really made my day. She was so sweet, and personable. We bonded over my order choice and she gave great advice on a variation I could add in the future.

Gave them 3 chances… and every drink I’ve ordered has been horrible! The first 2 drinks were iced frappes the 3rd was a hot coffee drink. I don’t know why I thought they would get the hot coffee drink right…WRONG.. Will never return to this location.
