Gave them 3 chances… and every drink I’ve ordered has been horrible! The first 2 drinks were iced frappes the 3rd was a hot coffee drink. I don’t know why I thought they would get the hot coffee drink right…WRONG.. Will never return to this location.

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. During this time only 3 cars got through. Still 5 ahead so I had to exit because I don’t have 40 minutes to sit in a drive through for coffee.
This Starbucks doesn't know how to read, there have been multiple times were I've ordered something for the dining room and it sits in the drive thru window until I'm forced to go through the drive

I’ve been going to this Starbucks every week before clinical and I have never met nicer baristas. I would sit here and study and hear rude customers come through and the baristas would give them the upmost kindness and respect regardless and fix whatever problems needed to be fixed. The store is clean and well kept and creates a peaceful environment. I cannot speak enough about these baristas. One of them even brought my food and coffee straight to me because I was sitting down. Absolute angel of people and they need raises ASAP.

When did it become so normal to argue with customers??? This has happened around 7 or 8 times now, so now we drive to a further location (who is not as good at making coffee) just to avoid the attitudes that work at the Suber Rd location. If I'm wanting to get away from work for a minute - to relax for a sec - and run by to get a whopping $7 cup of coffee, is it too much to ask that you don't argue with me when you make our drinks wrong? Frankly, we don't care when you mess up the coffees as long as you don't argue with us about it, and waste everyone's time, when you have to remake them anyway. All we want to do is come back to work with a coffee and no added stress from our trip to get them. Your paycheck is FOR providing good customer service. So, if you can't do that, and you mess up our orders a fair amount, what of your paycheck are you actually getting paid for? How much do I have to pay for a coffee to get a some kindness along with it? Talk about ruining some people's day...wow.

I stopped by this Starbucks on my way through town. OMG!! This is the cleanest place I had ever been in. Floors were so clean you could eat off of them and the staff was more than gracious to see you with a smile. If you are ever in the area, this is the best spot in town. Their coffee puts other coffee shops to shame. This is the best!!!
