If I order a 3 ingredient sub that is supposed to be cold, how can you still mess that up? My cold cut combo was TOASTED after I said not toasted (drive-thru) and all of their sodas are completely flat, no carbonation. Their large size is more like a medium and costs almost $4. I paid $15-16 for this meal where I’m eating HOT bologna and mayo. Soooo yummy 🙄 I originally had a coke, asked them to swap to a Dr Pepper and all of it was completely flat.
There was a 1 customer sitting in the store while four workers were open and I was the only person in the drive-thru. Someone being distracted or busy is not an excuse. Mindlessness? Maybe.
You guys sell subs and fountain drinks. That’s it. And you somehow still get it wrong? People are overpaying for your sandwiches for the nostalgia, but it’s not worth it anymore. This is why you lose customers. Your management is not giving necessary feedback to workers that don’t have enough competence to make basic decisions in a sandwich-making store.
I really hope you can turn things around. Because the lack of confidence I have going to subway dwindles with EVERY visit. I have a 80/20 chance of something not going right. 80% of the time being I have to accept that my money is going to be wasted. The mess someone else creates for themselves and the value of the company is the ignorant inaction of your workers, driving your business into the ground.

My expectations are very low when it comes to large chain restaurants, but this Subway is awesome. The people are very friendly and offer great service. The food was decent also.

Love the spinach egg flat bread breakfast! The ladies are always so kind.
Don't go to this subway. First of all, $12.40 for a 6 inch sub, chips, and a water is crazy. 2nd, they charged a tip to my card without my authorization. Since when did we start tipping at a drive thru?

I am VERY disappointed with the wrap I ordered instead of the usual sub i get!! I thought I would give my sub a change & try my usual in the wrap, but BOY! Talk about GROSS!!! And my order was a little over $20.00! For JUST ME, for a tuna wrap combo & one of the foot long cookies, which I know are 5 bucks a piece, so I paid $15 dols for a bunch of mess that I ate 3 or 4 bites of because I was so hungry! And threw the rest away! NEVER AGAIN!!! That wrap was rubbery & gross!!! And yes I like to know there are toppings in my wrap, but it was falling out EVERYWHERE & it was too much. Not everybody has to have so much on their plate so to speak, how about backing off on some of your items so you won't have an excuse for highly OVERCHARGING!!! And there wasn't even any steak in it, though for the price you would have THOUGHT there should have been!

They do not make your order as you ask. When you go thru the drive thru they put whatever they feel like putting on the Sub. They know you will drive home before checking your food. And with gas prices being the way they are and it is not worth the drive back to them they know you want return. So you go without. And the Lord forbid someone be allergic to something and get it on their Sub. Greer subway workers only care about them and their paychecks. Not the people that come to get food. I personally will not go to that location again. They are rude and do not verify the order.
