I usually drive a little out of my way to come to this exact location but after the last couple times I’ve been it’s taking FOREVER and MESSED up my orders. After communicating the 1st with management about the issue with the sandwiches being wrong, well once again… the sandwich was incorrect. How do you charge someone to add bacon and not even put it on the sandwich? Also how do you completely mess up the sauces the people want on the sub? I asked for Sweet Onion Sauce and Ranch not Mayonnaise and Ranch. Very disappointed!

Late evening so service was kinda quick but not really friendly, seemed like I was a burden. One employee just hanging out when there help was needed. Good location except in evenings!

Well...WE just finished our 9.11 Rembrance Hike in Greer and worked up an appetite.Found this Subway just a few minutes from where we hike.When we arrived there was a family a family of four being tended too.Let's just say, the 2 front girls working the service counter were in no hurry to have satisfied customers. We were in the que for about 10 minutes, as we were waiting a couple came in about 5 minutes or so after we did. The line still hasn't progressed. Now... there are patrons coming in and still no progress, hence the reason of 1 star to the 2 front girls!!!There were 2 girls working in the back that came up front and that is where things changed!! The girls that came up front to the counter got customers served in a very efficient timely manner. Here is where I will give these 2 gals a 5 star. Thank you turning a not very pleased service to a good one!!9.10.23(One sub for 2)

Has been busy the few times I've been, which is a good sign. Although it seemed to be all younger kids working, they were working hard and as a team. The veggie sandwich was great! Placed online order. Husband went to pick up. Got home was missing 1 sandwich and and 1 was made wrong. Call they apologized for leaving sandwich out and said would remake both correct. I got there she was finishing making sandwichs and told me it was my order. I explained it wasn't the meatball should only have meat and cheese on it. She assured me it wasn't a meatball she was making. The new sandwichs were correct. Got home and they were made incorrectly again. My son then called the store, he was told the second time they made them wrong on purpose. He then got extremely mad because they said it was on purpose and thought it was funny. That was 2 trips and still didn't have correctly made sandwiches and a hefty price of $67.21. I di think the management does need to rethink his hiring practices. Word of mouth can damage business for people. Especially when the employees think messing up orders is funny. This is the first time I encountered such business ethics. Makes you wonder how many people they have done this to and got by with it.

I want to share my experience every time. I go the Subway in Greer now. I usually go like twice a week. And I wanna say this is the best Subway ever. The salads are full and good the sub sandwiches. I usually get a club is so full and good. I cannot say enough and I go to the drive through. And every single time whoever Take care of me. is very, very nice. Very nice and so I just To do a shout out for the Subway and Greer, fantastic, fantastic.

If you order add ons via delivery apps like uber or doordash, they simply ignore them, every single time. You will not get your money back. They do it on purpose to penny pinch and they get away with it.
