Really frustrated with this location. Over the past week I’ve eaten here twice, the first time I brought a coupon and it was accepted no problem but upon the second visit they said they don’t accept and never have accepted coupons. Pretty frustrating
Insanely skimp on veggies added to sandwiches.
They do not accept coupons. Don't send out mailers as a bait and switch to get people to come if you're gonna reject them.

Used to work there, there's rust in the fridge and they make minors work late hours without adult supervision

Jacob was by himself during and past the dinner rush - not okay! I placed a pickup order and arrived a couple minutes before it was scheduled to be done, and he was wrapping up a big order. He was so friendly and apologetic that he hadn’t gotten to my order yet. I wasn’t upset in the slightest until I saw that he was alone, and likely would be closing alone. This is not okay! The function and success of a business should never be put on one person.
The food was excellent and he was extremely attentive to every aspect of the order. Give that man a raise, but more importantly, some help!!

Forgot to add bacon to my number 20 but sure didn’t forget to charge me for the bacon did you? Untrustworthy location they know you can’t see the meat because the things are pulled up
Need to improve a lot the customer service, server with really bad attitude, look like that kind of job is not for her. Talking too fast like she is a hurry and throw the order never smile and say thank you or have a nice day. That is the key to run a restaurant be grateful with customers. Bad experience on this location and will be the last one.

Ate here on the evening of 10/18. Unsure if they are even open and taking order at nearly 9 pm I place an order on the app. Nervous yet, I call. This store took in my order and proceeded to make a sandwich that I beg Jesus, nay, SpongeBob himself couldn’t come over and square up against. Sir, ma’am, both or non. You person of sandwich making excellence…. Your story won’t go untold. Your ability to layer the tuna so smoothly, evenly and lightly pressed into the bread is beyond that of which any humble man such as myself as ever been lucky enough to be part of… . I said extra mayo and you knew exactly what I needed. The pickles so perfectly placed I almost think monk came in on his day off from cleaning his daytime Emmy to help make sure every single one had coverage. And extra salted. I tasted the ocean and I liked it. 8/10 forgot the onions. Will be back for another try, maybe.

We live close by so this is an easy stop for us! However, I put in a VERY easy order online and did not tip. My husband walked in to pick up and the employee was overheard telling another employee “I’m going to start denying orders w/o a tip” and passively aggressively wrote “thanks for the tip” on the receipt. I strongly feel that tips are meant to supplement a service industry income (2.13) and/or if you have a large or difficult order. I will no longer support this location with that attitude

When it took a few minutes for someone to come from the back I should have left. The man was rude and only gave me 2 scoops of tuna and every other subway always gives me 3! When I asked about it he said I would have to pay extra I started to walk out. But I'm going to call corporate! Subway is one of my favorite places to eat cause EAT FRESH!! BUT this location is definitely one of the worst. It's in a great location and looks fantastic but the service was 2 thumbs ???? down
