Unfortunately the two people working clearly didn't care to work there. There was no greeting, no friendly atmosphere and zero customer service. I ordered two subs and they talked over one another asking for what ingredients and we're visibly annoyed. Clearly in a rush when there was no one there and no one in the drive through.

If your door says you close at 10 on a weekday you shouldnt have the doors locked before 9:30 and all the floors mopped with someone that's not an employee sitting in the lobby while closing the registers down. Then refuse service and give me looks for making the statement the door is listed closed at 10. Change the door or honor it.

Four times in a row you guys have messed up my order. I clearly state my order, you repeat it back. I get to the window and state my order again. You guys still end up messing it up. Missing meats, not toasted, missing veggies, missing drink. Its almost like you do not even try at this location.

Came at 8:55 and had to drive the extra 10 mins to get here cause it says they're open till 10PM only to get here and not get served and girl behind the counter telling me they're closed. Business is simple, door is open, business is open how you let people walk in at 9PM and not get served? Unprofessional. Never coming here again do not recommend any late night visits.

If I can give 0 starts I would. This place is ridiculous! I came in at 9:00pm (literally) and they tell me that they’re closing everything down bc they close at 10 so they “need” to leave at 10.. which I think is ridiculous. Makes more sense if they started closing the whole restaurant down at 9:30 but it was at 9:00 on the dot when I came in. DON’T HAVE THE OPEN SIGN OPEN IF EVERYTHING GOING TO CLOSE AN HR BEFORE ACTUALLY CLOSING. Make it make sense subway!

I love Subway and I go there at least a few times a week, I get my favorite sub on 1 of their Italian herb and cheese sub buns and you can't beat it!! Recently I wanted a change though so I ordered my usual in a wrap instead, and I HAVE to say! IT WAS NASTY!!! Worst wrap I've ever had! I couldn't even eat but 3 or 4 bites, I made myself eat, ONLY because I was sooo hungry by then because it was my 1st meal of the day, ... and on top of that it cost around $5.00 more to get it. I DEFINITELY will not order anything on their wrap again, but I will definitely keep going there, for my usual, lol! Sorry I forget to take a pic this time.
