Honestly was really disappointed with the experience, we were missing some food we ordered, didn’t have all the sauces, and the nachos were missing the beef and tomatoes. There was also a hair in my taco. We’ll not be going back to Taco Bell.

Literally gotten food poisoning from them like 3 days ago I got it through DoorDash and the same night I got it I had got sick and started throwin up everywhere will never eat from there again !!!!!

This is an excellent Taco Bell and I'm lucky enough that it is the closest to my home and workplace. The employees are always friendly, welcoming and work very hard to prepare the food well and serve a LOT of customers quickly and efficiently. I've been coming to this location maybe twice a month for over 2 years and I've never had a mistake on my order or food that was subpar in any way. And again, the employees are wonderful!

Sorry I just love to go here for there nachos every now and then. My only negative is they make you order through the kiosk. I am older and like to interact with the staff at the counter. The music is usually a little too loud that's why I gave the atmosphere a 4.

Ordered door dash for a quesadilla and a crunch wrap at around 2am on a Wednesday, someone for the love of god teach the cook how to make a wrap to a light brown and not fully burnt black.
First time in years that i have ordered tacobell, never again. At least not this location.

Seems since the last time I’ve been to Taco Bell they’ve implemented the human ordering experience (like chic-fil-a). After paying, I guess the person asked me to stop at the speaker which I didn’t hear (an odd next step which isn’t customary at any other place with this method that I’m aware). Was met at the window with some absurd attitude because I didn’t stop. “Didn’t they tell you to stop at the speaker?” I mentioned they probably did but I didn’t hear or understand.
I asked the reason for needing to stop and was told it was so they can do a quality check and make sure the order is correct. Person at the window who cared so much about my missed stop did nothing more than continue attitude, handed me my food and I was on my way. If they cared to get the order right, ample opportunity to check with me at the window. No other cars in line, only me.
Sweet person taking orders, window personnel needs an attitude adjustment. @Manager, if you want to implement this new process, make sure it makes sense and your customers aren’t taking blame. Order 404 7:39 pm 3/21/2025

Had to leave without my food or getting my $20 back because they were so slow. I waited over 20 minutes for my order inside and no one was working on the order nor asking if I need anything. Asked for my money back and they told me I'd need to wait. The 20 min I did wait already made me late on lunch break. Then they said they just never noticed my order come in. 🙄

Ordered two Cantina Caliente hard shell chicken tacos. What i got was two hard shell tacos that were smashed flat and stuck to the wrapper. I swear, someone threw my order on the floor, stomped on it, then put it in a bag and handed it out the drive-thru window. I had already driven away from the restaurant and was unable to return, so my whole meal was tossed in the trash. Goddamn Taco Bell.....do better! How hard is it to make a taco, wrap it nicely, and put it in a bag without making it look like roadkill? The attached photo is the best looking of the two tacos I received.
