I had 3 tacos, nothing special. The cheese corn on I ordered was so heavy and soggy it fell apart. Gross.

The food was good but it was way over priced. I ordered the lunch fajitas and only got 2 shells for my meal. That and the drink was teeny tiny for $8 and it was really sour. Didnāt taste like a strawberry margarita. Also the server wasnāt around when we were done and we were looking around for him so we could get our check and leave.

Food is deliciously different. Just moved to SC from San Antonio Texas a month ago at the time of posting. Iād say this is more of a southwestern fusion not Texas-Mex with a flair I think the menu describes it. Itās good but no salsa was provided no chips served no tortillas with the plate But hey I couldāve ask right. Just dipped in for a quick lunch. Iāll come back for happy hour and check out the margaritas and try an app or couple of street tacos. Again the food was good but a far left field on the taste profiles from what Iām accustomed too. But deliciously different. šoverall. Staff was very friendly and prompt. Restaurant and restrooms clean and mgr also did a table check.

New to the area. It was my first time coming here. Personally I didn't like the food at all. Felt like the price was too much. Tocos were dry. Not the best tocos at all. The people were nice have nothing bad to say about that. But people seem to like it here. š¤·š½āāļø

Went there back to back this week and they did not disappoint! These arenāt your little dinky tacos, I mean 2 tacos and you will get full. Highly recommended the Seoul mate (?) taco itās savory and has a lot of unique toppings that keep your taste buds tingling. The 32 oz beer mug is HUGE. One of those and you are set! Staff was friendly the first day, the 2nd lady.. could have a little more personality as a bartender.. regardless, a great place to go after work with colleagues, friends, and/or family! Played a variety of music but 80ās pop hit the spot :) highly recommend the Queso dip and Al pastor Tacos as well. Will definitely be back

I paid extra for additional dressing and did not receive it. I discovered this once back home and it would have cost me more than the sauce, in gas, to go back (plus the hot food would have been cold). The food is good, but at the prices things are today, it's not worth it if you don't receive what you pay for (and why ask for a tip, which I gave, for carryout if they aren't even going to verify the order is correct).

Two stars for the best margaritas Iāve ever had and good service, but after tonight we likely wonāt be back. I ordered 3 tacos. One came out saturated in oil and water. It was the Don Mignon taco. Unfortunately it saturated everything on my plate. I called the waiter over and showed him and he said it was unacceptable and they would remake it and not charge me for that taco. By the time it came out again, my husband had finished his 3 tacos. The waiter told me it took so long because the first time they remade it, it came out the exact same way so he had to have them remake it again. We finish eating and get the bill and we were charged for the taco. In addition, they would not let us use all our coupons even though they had no terms and conditions or expiration dates. The coupon just said āfree taco,ā no more and no less. The manager couldnāt even be bothered enough to come out and talk to us, so the AGM said we could use some of them but not all. She tried explaining that the new coupons DO say you can only use one, but that should have been irrelevant for these since they did NOT say that. I do understand that rule and why that would be printed on a coupon but since it wasnāt printed, it shouldnāt have been an issue and should have been chalked up to their mistake for not listing it on the coupon. Every time we come to Tipsy Taco thereās some sort of issue either with the food or the service so tonight was the final straw, at least for the foreseeable future. Having owned a food service establishment for over 5 years, I am very sympathetic to folks in the restaurant industry and do not believe the customer is always right, but this should have been a non-issue, especially considering that the AGM already knew we had to send food back.
I would also like to add that our initial waiter was good but he left before our meal was finished and said someone else would be checking on us, but that never happened until we flagged someone down to pay.
