Me and the ol’ lady came into Tokyo Express for the first time and it was delicious! It was hot, fresh and fast. Service was great and everything came out the way we asked.

The lady at the front was so rude that we decided that we didn’t even want to eat there anymore and was refused a refund for the food I paid for and didn’t receive. I’m waiting to talk to the manager but this person shouldn’t even be working with that kind of attitude. We all have bad days but that doesn’t mean you treat people poorly. I would give 0 stars if I could

Best host in Greer, always a fun time ordering from her and the food is always yummy.
Ordered 2 egg rolls was charged for 1 and got 2 spring rolls burned. Ordered a habachi steak and a habachi shrimp got 4 pieces of steak and 4 shrimp and all rice with very little mushrooms and charotte. Ordered steak medium and was well done. Over 30 dollars for 2 small meals that was unsasfactory !!!!
I ordered delivery, chicken and shrimp combo with a yellow sauce and a side of mixed veggies, wow it's was so delicious and fresh, nice portion sizes, maybe 2 small meals for someone, I definitely recommend trying it, you won't be disappointed.
