The service was excellent by Kayla. She was on point with me our drinks and food. Plus she anticipated all our needs. We never had to ask for refills or condiments with our food. The food was good as well. This was my best experience at a Waffle House Ever. We will definitely be back to see Kayla again!
I was one of those people coming in at 2 am for a big order. We just had a fire and the guys wanted some food so being a team player I went and got it. They were fast and friendly the only complaint I had was that it was freezing there. Next time I change out of my soaked uniform into a dry one so I don't freeze in there lol.
Total was $21 even. Gave her $40 and told her gimme $15 back. When she did I gave her $2 more I had in my billfold. I said thank you, thinking I tipped pretty well, but got no response. After a few I look in my billfold and see she had given me $19 back instead of the $15 I requested. I thought I left her $6 on a $21 ticket, but actually only $2 due to her not hearing my instructions. Shame. Oh well.... breakfast was good either way. Lesson here is to listen to instructions. It...
