I thought I had stepped into a hidden dimension of Waffle Houses as soon as I walked in the door. Hands down, best service I have ever received at a WH. Trina was absolutely amazing, attentive, efficient, and extremely friendly. I had my drinks and order taken in under 3 minutes. Food came out in another 3-4 minutes. Every person working said hello and were all very friendly and working as a team.
The service was excellent by Kayla. She was on point with me our drinks and food. Plus she anticipated all our needs. We never had to ask for refills or condiments with our food. The food was good as well. This was my best experience at a Waffle House Ever. We will definitely be back to see Kayla again!
I was one of those people coming in at 2 am for a big order. We just had a fire and the guys wanted some food so being a team player I went and got it. They were fast and friendly the only complaint I had was that it was freezing there. Next time I change out of my soaked uniform into a dry one so I don't freeze in there lol.
