We absolutely love Waffle House and it’s our to go to when we don’t know what to eat.
Every time we have visited this location the staff is not nearly as friendly or attentive as any other location we have been in.
Our last visit there were several empty tables that had not been cleaned off with 2 groups of people waiting (us being one of them). Two workers were on their phones and two others were standing and talking to each other.
We finally have up waiting and left. Very disappointed that this location is not like any of the other waffle houses around.

Very quick once our order was placed, waitress was able to keep up with last minute changes. Facility was clean and table was ready to be seated when we showed up.
Waffles were not cooked 100% couldn't get the order right. Forgot the bacon. Asked for no butter on the toast. Covered it in butter. Attitude from the server. Not curtious at all. Freezing inside and it's 39 outside.

Waffles undercooked, toast loaded with butter after "No Butter on anything" was requested, had to ask for the bacon that came with the meal. Attitude... yeah
