Waffles were not cooked 100% couldn't get the order right. Forgot the bacon. Asked for no butter on the toast. Covered it in butter. Attitude from the server. Not curtious at all. Freezing inside and it's 39 outside.
Waffles undercooked, toast loaded with butter after "No Butter on anything" was requested, had to ask for the bacon that came with the meal. Attitude... yeah

I hadnāt been to Waffle House in a while, but Iād noticed this location is always packed in the morningsāa good sign of a great spot! Last night, after picking up a vehicle at GSP airport, we decided to stop in for a bite since it was convenient. I went with the hashbrown bowl with three fried eggs (added one extra), sausage, and cheese, based on the recommendation of the staff when I asked which was more popular, the grit bowl or the hashbrown bowl.
There was a slight mix-up with our order, but the team handled it quickly and courteously, which I really appreciated. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and served hot. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the experience enjoyable. Quick, efficient, and tastyāthis Waffle House definitely earns its 5-star review! Highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

I enjoyed my experience here, the employees were nice and helpful. I had a To go order , it was fast, took about 10 minutes total from walking in to leaving, the food was a bit off but not terrible. I think 4 stars is about right for this particular waffle house , mostly because of the friendly employees.

Jonah has the best customer service!!!! He was very polite and professional. If I am ever back in this area, I will be sure to pay him a visit! The facility was very clean and not too busy at 1230am on a Sunday! This is a great time to come by if you are in the area! I ordered a chicken patty melt, regular patty melt, scrambled eggs and waffles.
