The young girl at the drive through the window act like she really did not want to be at work. She really does brings customers vibe down from 10 to 0. You should have her work it in the back or she needs to get another job that she's proud to have.

The fries are HORRIBLE!!! No salt, no seasoning, it’s like chewing cardboard. Zero flavor. Disappointing. Not to mention I requested no tomato, and of course they couldn’t even get that right.

I don't understand how this place is open. Waited for 10 minutes at the drive thru for someone to answer. They wasn't even busy at all and when they finally answered, all we got was an attitude. They need to just close this place down and open something else.

What I ordered- 1 Baconator. What I was charged- 1 Baconator. What I got- 1 Baconator missing 1 patty and the bacon. There was no customers when I was there so I know nobody was in a hurry. It's just incompetentcy. I really hope Wendy's get their crap together soon because it feels like most places are heading in this direction.

Won't be going back to this Wendy's. Ordered in person in the dining room. Had to correct my order several times and I was still over charged and didn't even get what I wanted. Food was luke warm.

They left everything off my burger. It was basically bread and meat. And the whole reason I get this one is the lettuce and tomato. Messed up my dinner badly. Then I called in, and she's like oops. No attempt to make it right.
I ordered through Door Dash. And Wendy's at Greer didn't give me my large Chili and 2 large Frostys. One was Vanilla and the other was supposed to be Vanilla with Chocolate Mint. Also didn't get any sauces for my Chicken Nuggets. Or sour cream and butter. I want these items! I paid for them!!! Terrible service!!! They need to check to make sure everything is there! I am so upset!!! Wendy's make this right!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Worst Wendy's chicken sandwich ever!!! Cold fries , dried out chicken and bun. Drink was all ice. Won't stophere again. Workers had to watch there step as they were slipping on the floor.

Customer service was horrible. Greeter at drive thru very unfriendly and bothered I was there. No upsells at all and no greetings. Got to window she got my Money. Never spoke. Manager by the name of Sterling handed me my food and never spoke. Just handed it out and shut the window in my face. Food was fine but everything else was horrible
