Went there late after work placed my order on the drive thru. I got home I grabbed my sandwich and noticed it smelled like cigarettes, at first I thought it was just the wrapper but I was wrong the sandwich reeked of cigarette smoke as well which made me throw it away. Now I wonder if the cook was smoking inside the restaurant or didn't wash their hands after their smoke break. Definitely don't recommend going to this location late at night!

Found a hair in the middle of my sandwich - literally looks like it was placed there.
Fries taste like old grease and I could not finish my food. I called Tar Heel Capital (the company the owns this branch) and spoke with someone who was very apologetic and thanked me for giving them the opportunity to make it right.
Maybe give it a month or so before trying.

Every time I try to give this particular Wendy’s a try they manage to fail miserably. Today was the final day and will not return to this location. Waited over 8 min at the drive thru speaker (on top of the car ahead wait)and nobody came one to say we will be right with you, welcome to Wendy’s, nothing. The car in front of me left the line, mind you there was no cars ahead, after 8 mins so did I. Their staff is generally rude and act as if they don’t want to be there and are doing you a favor. The remodel is nice but I feel a change of management, staff would do this location well.

Terrible experience. Went through the drivethru on 11/10/1024 @5:30pm and ordered #10-Crispy Assagio Chicken Sandwich combo. Paid $11.22 When I opened the sandwhich, it looked about the size of a little hamburger and nothing like the menu picture. There was no cheese or tomatoe on the sandwich. Just chicken and lettuce and mayo. Furthermore, the fries were not even warm. I only ate the 2 fries I put in my mouth because i didnt want to spit them out. To top it off, they were completely out of ketsup. Who runs out of ketsup? My family and I live in Greer and we will not be back. I also teach a weekly class called, 'Exceeding Customer's Expectations' and I will be adding this experience to a list of examples of poor customer service.

The new interior feels more modern and the food (once it came) was hot and just what you'd expect from Wendy's. However, dine-in customers do not seem to be a priority for this restaurant. None of the tables had been wiped down, and the beverage machine was completely out of everything. It took probably 10-15 minutes to place an order, and even longer to receive the order. Maybe the drive through experience would have been better. The staff was nice and friendly but this restaurant overall is understaffed. Management seems to have decided that the dine-in experience should be the part to suffer because of it. There are so many better options in town to spend your money at.

The 4 for 4 value is a great ideal for growing kids.

I love Wendy's I love the pomegranate dressing on the Apple Chicken walnut salad. THE Best! I get this 3 times a week. I used to get burgers all the time. Since they went to sweet pickles, I will not get one. If I do, I order without but.......... why!!! I like sour pickles. Anyway
I do like the new fries. Very good. I like the vanilla frosty, very good. I like that you can get a bake potato, not a lot of fast food does this.
Over all great, just hate the sweet pickle change, I think Dave would be upset
