I was shocked they even served this on a plate to give to someone, the bacon on my breakfast plate was burnt, stale, and cold. The only thing that was okay was prepare well were the breakfast potatoes. The Bartender was kind but if thats normally how the food comes out it obviously didnt raise any concern.

Fabulous food in a timely fashion with great service and a reasonable price. What more could you ask for at an airport?

The servers here move like molasses. I'm trying to eat and get out, but the server took a year and forever to get me my food, let alone a drink. I never got her name but I looked around, and they were all moving so slow, like there wasn't a rush no importance to their job. Get better workers that know what they are doing, move fast, and are friendly! I do not recommend this place unless you have a day to waste.

I stopped by The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck for lunch during a layover at GSP Airport. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The rotisserie chicken was extremely overpriced for what tasted like supermarket-quality meat, served in dry, bland portions. While the atmosphere of the restaurant was quite nice, the food did not live up to the name or price point. I won’t be dining here again if I find myself back at GSP.

Usually the service is good but today I waited 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me, my bbq chicken pizza was good but it was VERY spicy! I've eaten here before and it definitely was different. I could only eat 2 slices. On a lighter note, I will say...The staff is always friendly here.

I want to give a shout out to my server Josh. I forgot my wireless computer mouse at his table and he remembered the gate number I had mentioned and tracked me down to hand deliver my forgotten mouse. Awesome job buddy. Appreciate ya! Food was good too.

I had the pleasure of being served by Kaitlyn at Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant inside GSP Airport, and she was absolutely fantastic. Her warm personality, quick service, and deep knowledge of the menu made my long travel day a little brighter. She took the time to make thoughtful recommendations and made sure everything came out just right. Traveling can be exhausting, but the staff’s friendly attitude and professionalism made a big difference.

The food is great! Better than most high end restaurants outside of the airports. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu.

While the service from Krystal was truly excellent and a definite highlight, unfortunately, the pizza experience at Wolfgang Puck was highly disappointing and frankly, unacceptable for a brand of this caliber.
My initial pizza arrived visibly undercooked on one side and burned on the other, with an excessive amount of flour on the bottom. This is a clear indicator of either a new chef who either lacks proper training in pizza cooking and isn't adequately rotating the pizza in the oven. Cooking is both a science and an art, and mastering temperature and timing, among other variables like dough hydration and fineness of the flour are all crucial, especially for pizza.
When an attempt was made to rectify the issue, the pizza was simply thrown back into the oven for a longer period, resulting in it becoming completely overcooked. Ultimately, I had to request a full remake, opting for a simpler, cheaper pepperoni version instead of the original meat pizza. Even this third pizza, the pepperoni, still had several slices that were scorched on the edges, again due to improper cooking. While I didn't ask for the price difference back or ask to have it made yet again, the overall experience was far below the standard expected from Wolfgang Puck.
I was informed there were only two chefs on staff and they were busy. This points to a significant operational issue – either the current staff needs to work more efficiently to handle the volume, more chefs are required in the kitchen, or the implementation of automation/robotics should be considered to maintain quality and speed.
For a renowned culinary name like Wolfgang Puck, consistency and quality are paramount. I hope these issues are addressed to ensure future diners receive the high-quality experience associated with the brand.

I was there for breakfast and had a really nice Bloody Mary and delicious avocado toast with an egg on top. Both tasted very fresh and had lots of flavor. I found the prices to be very reasonable and especially so given how airport food is normally so expensive.
