Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Great service during their busy time! Pulled up and there were like 10 cars in the drive thru. Workers were very polite and working quickly to get everything out with a smile! Zensation salad for the win!!! Grilled cheese kids meal was already gone! Shout out to Iesha at the window for her awesomeness!

Always horrible service, tonight, I was given the wrong order and I had to correct the girl, after I said you forgot one of my drinks, she ask what it was I said large coke, she gave me Dr Pepper and it’s not the first time one of the employees just gives me Dr Pepper, like why is it your first choice to give somebody Dr Pepper? Two seconds after I ask for coke you forget and decide dr is the choice

I ordered the surf and turf meal. Only got like 7 fries with it. 😠 13.00 is wayy too high for what little I got

Don't order curbside, especially if busy. Many people went in and out and got their food. Dozens of cars utilized the drive thru in the 20 minutes I waited after arriving at the designated time.

Takes 30+ minutes to get your food, which will be cold by the time you get it. Your order will also be wrong, missing items, and they never ever include sauces. Customer service is extremely lacking. We’ve given this Zaxby’s multiple tries, but will not be back.

Always good meals. I just think the food is over priced. I would give a 5 star if the food was more reasonably priced.

This zaxbys is the best ran zaxbys I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly and put out good hot food in a timely manner! Wonderful visit!

Just close this location already so we can get something else in this spot. This Zaxbys has gone downhill so bad it should be studied on how to kill a business 101. Look how gross and undercooked my meal was. No seasoning on anything and hardly any sauce on the wings. The fries are white at this Zaxbys!! Gross

This place has gone from bad to worse. I ordered their new Chicken Philly sandwich and as soon as I opened the box, I everything was in disarray. And I hadn’t even left the parking lot yet!

Next time I’m craving fried chicken I’ll just go somewhere else. Geez…

Jesus christ, how hard is it to cook your fries. The last 3 times I've been there the fries are uncooked. I even ask them to make them extra crispy, and they are still raw. I even sent them back and said I asked for these to be cooked crispy not raw, and they give me back raw fries again. Listening to your customers order is just too difficult , take what we give you and like it. Another 12 dollar meal wasted

Hello.
It is a chain resturaunt, but the staff was over worked, massive orders.. and by the time my food got to me it was mostly cold. But it is fast food wings and stuff .

I am not upset, I was just expecting a little more out of such a big local name.
I had to try it. But I probably won't again.
