Long wait. Very unprofessional staff. Been here 4 times absolutely horrible

Please just close this location already. Every time we come here it takes 20+ minutes to get our order. We always pay for extra sauce, and the last 3 times we went they didn't include it in the bag. This past time, we waited 20 minutes and checked the bag before we left. To no shock the sauce wasn't there. We went back in, and the guy insisted he put them in the bag. Then he asked if we paid for it. Yes, we did, but thanks for the attitude.

I understand some people might just hate their jobs, but please don't take it out on us with poor service and low quality food. We work hard to afford the over priced fast food as is. I wish it didn't always taste stale with an aftertaste like old oil.

Ordered a 6 piece meal. Chicken was dry and had been sitting for some time and very dark in color. Fries were cold and the bread was hard all the way through. Spending $14 for this was a waste of my money. Not to mention the wait time, you would have thought something might be fresh. Nothing about this meal was fresh. Most of it ended up in the garbage.

Slowest Zaxbys ever…. Too bad. It’s constantly behind. Waited an hour and 30 for a Zac pack. I even ordered it ahead of time on the app.

Placed a mobile order and then sat in the drive-thru behind another vehicle for ten minutes before they could even order. Arrived at the speaker and was told to wait. Waited another five minutes, gave up, and went inside. Tell me why these chuckle-nuts were scrubbing the floor, when they have customers waiting, inside and outside. My order was sitting in the window the entire time. Took almost twenty minutes to get my order after arrival.

The way I’ve see the general manager treat her employees is insane. She’s very rude and even with me she was very sarcastic. I don’t feel like she appreciates what the workers really do. They food takes time to come out the window I’m talking 30 mins.. idk it’s insane they need new management

Went here before everybody that works here have a bad attitude and act like they hate customers if you don't like your job then quit. I would travel to a different state to a Zaxbys than this one.

Food is pretty good but they’re 0-2 on getting my order right. first time I decided to drive back but second time I just decided to write this review.

Went to get the house Zalad with broiled chicken at S Batesville rd. Looked good but before I take the first bite I found wilted leaves and mushy mixture, immediately got up and returned to the counter. Off course the manager was apologetic and offered a complete refund and a meal replacement, I took my refund and refused the meal replacement after the manager explaining that they had several complaints about the lettuce and blamed the supplier for it. This is a red flag they admit a problem blame on suppliers but they continue to serve customers hoping it will go through this is negligence on their part wonder what the health department have to say about it. This location used to be good.

Nicholas B., working the drive-in was very polite and helpful, which made the experience better, my day was not going well, his attitude, helpfulness and smiling face went a long way in making my day better.
