This new quesaldilla is the BOMB.zaxbys hit the nail on the head with this.it is fantastic.

As always, great service and good food.

Food and service was great

Got the food and sat at window for 10 minutes before they even opened it, then took another 15 minutes to get food, get home to eat and fries have 0 seasoning on them and looks like food came fresh and all thrown in together

7:39 pm they have closed half the inside. Workers standing around talking and some cleaning. They had removed tea from dining room and cleaned the shake machine. They seemed unhappy we had come in to eat. I asked manager what time they closed and she said 10pm. So why close stuff down??? Many eat around 8:30 on Fridays. Sad. They will be next to go bankrupt at this rate.

Always got a decent salad until today how are you so lazy to cut the veggies to my salad can’t even give me enough chicken for the Danm thing would not recommend this place

Every employee ignored me while I was trying to order food awful service never eating here again

if was good. I was disappointed with the fries. it seemed they were cooked in old oil. and they were over done. I loved the boneless wings and chicken fingers.

My order was wrong and I asked for sweet tea and it was unsweetened tea I will not be going back. I will go to a different Zaxbys next time this was the 2nd time this happened.

This location has really declined over the last few months. The quality is just not there and Zaxbys isn’t cheap for the food to be prepared poorly. I ordered a Cobb salad with hardly any lettuce, the bacon was in strips when it’s always chopped into bits. The egg was also not sliced. The chicken was cooked but not fresh - it looked as if it had been sitting. Definitely not worth it and does not represent this zaxbys location well.

Closed the restaurant before 10pm. & cused use out.

The employees here at this Greer Zaxby's need to be retrained. Nothing is ever right, I never received my sauces anytime I go, always an extremely long wait in the Drive-Thru and then I always get told to pull forward to wait for my food. Not to mention today when I go of course all the same stuff happens but then I the woman at the drive-thru argues with me about what I ordered, she messed up my order, try to overcharge me, argued with me, and when I get home I realize there's no sauces, I barely have any fries, and I spent $47 on a $43 order. This is complete insanity. I call up there to complain and I get told that the manager is the one who packed the bag and I questioned her as to why I'm missing fries and sauces if you packed it yourself. And of course I met with an attitude and I was yelled at because of their failures and their incompetence. The incompetence at this restaurant runs high please avoid at all costs go out of your way to Greenville go somewhere else because Greer Zaxby's is a joke.
