Asked my name but was paying so little attention that they put the wrong name. Put my order in and told me the cost before I could tell them what sauce I wanted for my chicken. So I decided to wait until I got my order. They put sauce in the bag that I didn't asked for and then charged me for the sauce I asked for. Got to car and the chicken tenders were so small they could have past for nuggets. I worked for a medical transport company so I hardly ever have time to stop to get lunch much less go back when something it wrong.
Zaxbys has always been my favorite place to eat and never once have I been charged for the sauce i ask for with is the same every single time. And I don't normally write reviews until I want to praise the good service I get but with this is...it was ridiculous

Drive thru was quite busy and they seemed confused. Even though I told the young man I was a lady and not a man , he still called me sir three times, until I got to the window and corrected him

Despite the high demand still quick service

This new quesaldilla is the BOMB.zaxbys hit the nail on the head with this.it is fantastic.

As always, great service and good food.

Got the food and sat at window for 10 minutes before they even opened it, then took another 15 minutes to get food, get home to eat and fries have 0 seasoning on them and looks like food came fresh and all thrown in together

7:39 pm they have closed half the inside. Workers standing around talking and some cleaning. They had removed tea from dining room and cleaned the shake machine. They seemed unhappy we had come in to eat. I asked manager what time they closed and she said 10pm. So why close stuff down??? Many eat around 8:30 on Fridays. Sad. They will be next to go bankrupt at this rate.

Always got a decent salad until today how are you so lazy to cut the veggies to my salad can’t even give me enough chicken for the Danm thing would not recommend this place

Every employee ignored me while I was trying to order food awful service never eating here again

if was good. I was disappointed with the fries. it seemed they were cooked in old oil. and they were over done. I loved the boneless wings and chicken fingers.

My order was wrong and I asked for sweet tea and it was unsweetened tea I will not be going back. I will go to a different Zaxbys next time this was the 2nd time this happened.
