Asked my name but was paying so little attention that they put the wrong name. Put my order in and told me the cost before I could tell them what sauce I wanted for my chicken. So I decided to wait until I got my order. They put sauce in the bag that I didn't asked for and then charged me for the sauce I asked for. Got to car and the chicken tenders were so small they could have past for nuggets. I worked for a medical transport company so I hardly ever have time to stop...
Drive thru was quite busy and they seemed confused. Even though I told the young man I was a lady and not a man , he still called me sir three times, until I got to the window and corrected him
Ordered through the drive thru, I pulled up to the window to pay and was told “I can’t take your gift card right now”It would have been nice to be told that before ordering. Gift cards are a common gift around the holiday, it’s nice when you can actually use them.
