We dined at The Peddler in South of the Border and had a mixed experience. We ordered the salmon with a sweet potato and baked potato and mixed vegetables. Our appetizer was the fried mushrooms. 0/10 on the mushrooms.
While the other food, especially the salmon and potatoes, was absolutely delicious and well-prepared, the service time was mind-blowing.
It took over an hour just to receive our appetizer, and our entrées didn’t arrive...

Excellent meal start to finish. Huge fresh salad bar. Tasty French onion soup... not salty, just perfect.
Porterhouse steak (best of both worlds) seared to perfection!
No room for desert. Had nice crusty Italian bread.
Excellent service. Few minutes wait to be seated.
Clean, friendly staff, quality meal start to finish! Reasonably priced!
