The food was delicious, the server was excellent, the older gentleman who sat us and checked us out is my issue. We have to pay upfront, our server didn’t check us out at the table, and that man had no care in the world me and my niece were waiting to pay and go. They had two Togo people who couldn’t get their orders together, and he could have easily asked them to let us check out but instead assumed we could wait. Food is pretty good you would maybe think it would be subpar, but it was great. Service was good and the inside was Mexico themed of course. The meals and deals are actually very cheap for what you get, but if you’re really hungry you might want to get two plates. Depends on the item. The rest of the area is great and fun to walk around and take photos.

Based on the reviews, The Sombrero Restaurant serves great American food with Americanized Mexican options. The food is very good; the bbq is nice and tender, the quesadilla is really good with a fiesta cheese blend, and the wings are good. The burrito is humongous, and the empanadas and chicken taco salad are large and yummy. The chips and queso are house made and delicious. The restaurant is clean and well decorated. There aren't any free chips and salsa, but they are pretty cheap. The staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming, providing top notch service. The overall experience is wonderful, and many reviewers would definitely recommend dining there and will be returning.
