I was able to get a dairy free pumpkin spice latte - I was so excited! It was a quiet, clean spot to network with another professional.

My boyfriend and I wanted to check out a new spot for coffee so found this place on apple maps. We were so excited when we went in, everything was so cute and aesthetically pleasing….until we got to the counter to give our order. I asked the gentleman working what he recommended for something strong, he rolled his eyes and blew his breath as if I asked about something very offensive. He said well we have lots of options on the menus (pointing to the menus). I said I understand that sir but I’ve never been here so I’m asking for your recommendations….he had no recommendations and seemed very rude and upset I even had a question to begin with. We hurried and made up our minds, asked for a couple croissants, which were colder than room temperature and never offered a temperature increase. I’m so disappointed and sad because we are kind people and no matter how hard we tried, this man was anything but that. I hope he’s not the owner. Whoever did the decor and writing of the menus did a good job though. Sadly we won’t be back. I’m literally terrified to ask of anything from this place again.

We were in the area running an errand and popped in for coffee. Our lattes were delicious! We'd come regularly if we lived closer.
Best cold brew in the city period

WOW! What a great local spot! There are plenty of great options for coffees, lattes, pastries and sammies, with an outdoor space to bring your dogs and plenty of space inside to meet with friends or biz buddies. John was a fantastic barista with great suggestions and serves up beautiful bevs with a great personality to top it off. I LOVE supporting LOCAL! Keep up the great work!

There’s no better team than April and Gabel. This coffee shop has fresh and intoxicating coffees with so many syrups, milks and extras to get your coffee how you like it. Absolutely delicious black too. Their baked goods are to die for, I love the Swiss and ham croissant 🤤 There is local art and crafts for purchase. TLDR; Great place and yummy coffee ☕️

Visited Charleston on our annual trip, and discovered this cafe here. The coffee/matcha was so good that we visited twice a day for the entire duration of our vacation. They have great service, an extensive and unique menu as well as a wonderful environment. The baristas were very nice and welcoming as well. Would definitely travel a long distance to come to this coffee shop as it is rare to find places this good.

I love the Bean Counter for a local cuppa coffee, but I especially love their new wine bar tucked in the back! A cozy, inviting, relaxing spot, complete with charcuterie and a $25, three glass wine sampling! Highly recommend!
I’ve been a regular visitor of The Bean Counter since around the time it opened its doors. It’s grown into a something of local staple and you don’t have to look too hard at their menu or their service to see why. Gable is a genuinely decent person that has already grabbed my cup to start my order before I even touch the door handle. In total, this place and its coffee, croissants, and customer service is worth leaving home for.

Cute little spot. Drinks were good, and they had two cute dogs hanging out inside which made the wait for our drinks enjoyable. The setup made it a little crowded when ordering drinks but they had spacious seating in the back.
