Stopped while traveling. Only ordered 2 drinks. They made the wrong drink. Charged us for 2, but had me swipe to get refunded and recharged my card for 1 drink. I will have to check statement to see if credit went back on card. Staff was friendly and drinks were good.
If I read correctly, Gravy helped us out at the drive through. They were super helpful! Our car had three orders and we got everything done perfectly. Service with a smile and enthusiasm! Gravy absolutely brightened our morning :)!
my husband's coffee was cold. they told him it was because he put cream in.
they only had one bathroom open you would think they could clean it. this is the dirtiest Starbucks bathroom I have ever been to and there was no toilet paper to boot.
Definitely wouldn't recommend this Starbucks. If they don't clean their one bathroom. what else are they not cleaning that you can't see?
