3 employees goofing around, but Noone would accept drive through orders. You have to go inside and self order at a kiosk.
They have the rudest, most dismissive customer service I've ever experienced. I asked if the order taker was doing well and she had no answer to that. She was very short with every question I had about the menu, cutting me off during almost every question with a short answer. Felt very rushed and dismissed. They had no line whatsoever and my single meal took over 20 minutes to come out. The smell of Marijuana was also very strong at the window. I don't think I will be coming back...read full review
Never again. The manager was super nice. I was short changed and he just let it go. The meal was tasty. The place though was filthy. Foot prints on entrance door, grease on order counter top, cleaning bucket on take-out shelf, trash on floor in kitchen, bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Also no one works the front counter. To get help you have to ask someone from the back. Needs a complete new staff I would say.
