Perhaps because it was a Saturday night. 20 minutes for a coke and fries. Fries not fully cooked. Coke kinda flat. Bathrooms a complete mess -paper on floor, no clean paper and dryer not working. Ridiculous prices.
The service was OK. My chicken sandwich had way too much mayo and was just warm. The French fries were not fresh and hot and too much salt. The best part of the meal was the sweet tea. It was perfect blend of tea and sugar.

You need to look at recent reviews and take action. 20 minutes for 1 coffee and I had to ask for a refund. Girl next to me waited 40 mins for her food and was told it was given out an hr ago, had to show receipt to prove they were lying. Old boy waiting 15 minutes at register just to place an order.This place is an utter shambles.The girl on the till who refused to give her name is an absolute joke and doesn't deserve the job.Sort it out
