We've started going for Sunday brunch after moving to town. While the eggs are a little lack luster, anything biscuit-related is absolutely top tier. They also have great tea and coffee and their blueberry muffins are absolutely amazing. Beyond all that though, the service is SPECTACULAR. Everyone in there is so nice and engaging, even at stupid-o'clock in the morning

Started out at the drive-thru where there is a person standing to take your order well in front of the signage explaining what foods they sell. Once we place our order we paid, drove around and was instructed to pull off and wait....with the 5 other waiting cars. After about 8 minutes the drive thru associate quickly handed a bag to the driver and on quick inspection turned out not to be our order. So I went to the window and explained. The associate took the food that had already been in my car, with my hands on it ( to check the order), and took it to another waiting vehicle and finally gave me my order. Then on the way home we realized the dog biscuit ( that you pay for) wasn't included, so we had to turn around and go get that. I understand that drive thrus get busy but verifying the vehicle and food order is a very simple check to make sure other customers haven't handled your food before you get it. The food was decent but the two honey buns were seemingly without any icing and tasted very bland. Plus this is supposed to be a higher level dining experience than your typical fast food place but that was not my experience.

Great customer service, pancakes were good, sausage and grits could have more flavor, and eggs were good. Very nice place to have breakfast.

For a small mother's day breakfast we decided that we wanted biscuits. I ordered the ultimate bacon egg and cheese. We spent 40.00. When we got home and I opened my wrapper and all I have is a dry biscuit with 6 pieces of bacon. No egg, no cheese. SMH they need to do better if they are going to charge so much for their food especially if the name of the restaurant is the main thing they mess up most of the time. I go there every weekend but I won't be back because this happens all the time

The drive threw was backed up, so I went inside. Apparently the drive threw is more important. Never got waited on. Do better!

I went to Biscuitville for the first time today, Sunday Feb 25th around 11am. I Ordered x3 Country Ham Biscuits. The country ham was so thin that I could hardly taste it; On All the Biscuits. The biscuits were good but the ham, I really didn't taste it because it was just too thin. Thanks and I will be back.L. Elmore
