“I’m giving 5 stars because it’s fair. This restaurant offers types of food I have a hard time finding in Hartsville.

My gentle critique: the bread on subs can really die an upgrade. Food long, thick grinder roll bread would make a world of difference and would be a justifiable price increase.

The pizza could could use a little less flop, but that’s the New Englander in me. For the area, and what this restaurant offers, I respect their options. The bread though… I’m begging you 😂 I need a full just Italian combo. Thanks for the food guys, cheers”

“Just grabbed one of their Tortas. I am very pleased. The service was great. The salsa that they gave me is really good as well. You can go over to the Produce store while you wait and grab a nice big bottle of coconut water. I didn't realize that the truck was open. I will definitely be going back!”

I always get chai tea and you guys are the only one who consistently make it correctly. “I really enjoy the food but the customer service is always bare minimum. I also don't understand why you only give two packs of crackers for a large salad and two cups of chicken salad. then when I asked for more they immediately looked at my reciept and told asked me "did you have a salad" I replied yes and she said "well it's in the bag" got home and I have two packs of captain wafers. I hope you guys know those things are not made out of gold. as high as your prices are it would be nice to be able to get a few extra pack of crackers without be scolded.”

“This is the Best Subway in Hartsville. They actually made mine and my husband's orders correctly (like, actually read the ticket) and politely greeted me when I picked up our online order. The other two just either look at you like you have two heads when you say hi to them (Walmart) or they make whatever they want and give it to you because they don't bother actually reading the order (Bobo Newsome). That's just my experience. I can't speak on anyone else's behalf.”

“Didn't know this place was opened.. I was searching for a new pizza place and came across Marcella's. Decided to try it.
Update: 6/17/26 ordered a chicken Parmesan sandwich and garden salad to go for lunch today. It was excellent ! Huge sandwich.
We had veal Parmesan, side of salad and bread. Everything was excellent.
The restaurant is very clean and neat.
Chloe, our server was very good. Totally recommend. We'll be back for a pizza next time.”

They showed up early to both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding, left the kitchen cleaner than it started, and even cut our cakes for free! The staff were very professional and kind and experienced. All of that AND the lowest quote from other caterers. You will not regret booking them for your wedding.”

The setup was smooth, the team was professional and friendly, and they made the entire process easy for us.
