The drive threw was backed up, so I went inside. Apparently the drive threw is more important. Never got waited on. Do better!

I went to Biscuitville for the first time today, Sunday Feb 25th around 11am. I Ordered x3 Country Ham Biscuits. The country ham was so thin that I could hardly taste it; On All the Biscuits. The biscuits were good but the ham, I really didn't taste it because it was just too thin.Thanks and I will be back.L. Elmore

Did the drive-through, and it was quick since the morning rush was gone. The biscuits we got were on par with other fast food places around town. The cheese was not melted on any of our biscuits, showing the food was not warm. The actual biscuits seemed slightly undercooked to me. For the price, I won't be back.
Ordered a platter for the first time. Did not realize gravy was a side I had to choose..I thought it came with it. Felt rushed to order.Then I had 1 napkin and NO fork. Probably good i didnt order gravy...that would have been messy :( Made it into a biscuit with sausage and egg with my hands. Could have saved money and just ordered the biscuit.And 2.50 for a small drink...too much.

I don't see a lot of cars at my Hartsville location and I'm worried they won't make it here so I hope that won't be the case. Bojangles has gone so far down and is disgusting. Hardee's is okay but Biscuitville is the bomb. everything is great. so folks in Hartsville please come here and support this restaurant. Otherwise, we have nothing

Me and my family went through the drive thru this morning (11/5/23) and let me tell you, ALL the staff was so nice and extremely friendly. They was giving our kids high fives and just made us feel very welcome. After we paid and pulled up the to get our food we had to weight a few mins and that was fine. But the lady who I wish I would’ve gotten her name went above and beyond. I saw her making an ice coffee and then she handed it to my husband and said give that to your wife for the long wait. I would just love for her to know how much that made my day, just for her act of kindness. It meant a lot. All the smiles and great communication was amazing. And let’s not forget about the food. It was right on point. To the Biscuitville team this morning I just want you to know that y’all rock!! Keep up the amazing work.Kid-friendliness: The team this morning was amazing for our kids. They was greeted with high fives and smiles!
