Place is notorious for not giving straws, napkins, plastic utensils in the drive through. I just left there and had to turn around to ask for napkins and straws.

Walked in at 11.04 on a Sunday...sign says breakfast all day...tried to order a biscuit and gravy combo...apparently gravy isn't all day..even though the sign says breakfast all day..she said gravy stops at 11. You can't tell me even at 11.04 they didn't have gravy. Very disappointed.

Went there at 5:30 this morning on a Saturday morning was not even open 12/7/24 once again I get there at 5:37 this morning a.m. at the drive-thru and nobody comes on the speaker so I have to always stop at the Bojangles in Camden on my way to work cuz this one I have to drive off a lot in the morning cuz I can't wait more than a few minutes for a order to be placed
Ridiculous drive thru wait time. I was late to work despite entering the wait line 20 mins before my work clock-in time. They didn't get my order right despite the wait. They shouldn't take payment until the order is ready. Felt like I was being held hostage in a backed up waiting line with no way to exit.

I love the fact that the dining room is always stocked up with plenty of condiments for you to use at your own discretion.
Also every time I visit, even if I'm in the drive thru, I always hear (I'm assuming the) manager calling out to all employees that it's mandatory hand washing time. I wish every restaurant followed by the Bojangles hand washing policy!!
Dietary restrictions: I'm not really sure if they accommodate all dietary needs, however they sure meet my family's needs.
Parking: Plenty of parking.
Kid-friendliness: Kind of.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure.

Parking: The parking lot is pretty compact... It's kinda like the drive thru works around the parking lot... It's a tight fit for full sized & larger vehicles.

The chicken strips were mushy and kinda slimy on the imside and the biscuit was doughy but the fries were pretty good.

I came to Bojangles in August of 2024 to try the new wings. The manager was on the floor she was working with what appeared to be-new employees and she was amazing. Encouraging the workers in a positive tone and helping to get the rush out. I was happy with my food and as customers started leaving she was warm and pleasant to them even gave me a drink for my wait. Food was great and the service even better

That was a good day at Bojangles. My order was just a cheese biscuit and drink and There's no way that should go wrong?

The manager was so rude on the speaker when I asked.for a biscuit. So very rude with a nasty attitude inwill.not ever go back there again find better workers!
Food is good, service not so much. Was not very busy when I went but I still had to wait 15 minutes for my order to be ready.

How do you mess up a Bojangles?! Visit the Hartsville location and they will show you how! I went inside to order and dine in, when I arrived a lady (maybe an off the clock employee?) was talking to the employee taking my order and she never stopped, she was beside the counter and the employee kept her conversation going as well. Who cares that a customer is there?
When I got my food she gave it to me to go. Apparently I wasn't welcome to dine in (the dining room was empty). When I opened my Cajun filet biscuit it crumbled and broke. First bad sign. Then the top of the biscuit barely covered the chicken... second bad sign. When I bit into it, it was stone cold! What?! I just ordered it. I didn't even bother. At least there's my tea. Nope, weak ....not steeped to perfection. This whole place is a mess. Avoid it.
