It's Christmas Eve we got here at 4:55, they are closing at 7:00. We were seated right away, a nice lady brought us chips , salsa and menus. And then we became invisible! We sat there for almost 20 minutes while everyone just kept walking past us, it's not like they were very busy, because they were not. So, we left.

Got sat in the back and forgotten about, waited for about 20 minutes, had other partys sat and served in our area while the servers would not even look our way as if to say thats not my section 🤣has never happened at the in town location, I'll stick to that one from now on

I gave a 4 star because they gratuity me. I am always pleased to leave a big tip. I almost always leave 50% on Sunday but when someone gratuity me they get what they take. I don't usually eat at this establishment but I won't be back because of it....such a shame
