The cake did not look like what was agreed to when picked up. It was supposed to be green with gold accents, but the cake was green with bright yellow accents. If they could not replicate what was in the photo, they could have said so, and I would have been fine with that and used someone else. But they assured multiple times they could do it and it would look like the picture. For 80 dollars I was very disappointed!

Ordered $45 (2 dozen each) of nutty fingers and cheese straws. They were a third or less the size of what is typically there and what I sampled last week. When I talked to the person up there about getting it fixed or getting my money back, I was told that fine, have your money, I dont have to change my products for anyone or be consistent, people will buy what I have out no matter the price.
I won't be going back and I will be recommending other bakeries to anyone who asks. Georgetown - Indigo Bakery. Litchfield - Kudzoo Bakery.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a step up into the establishment making it not wheelchair friendly. It might still be considered accessible since its not a typical full step height.

Went in to get a birthday cake for my wife. They lady behind the counter listened to my description of a yellow birthday cake I needed. Or so I thought she listened. I specifically asked for a yellow cake with Happy Birthday written on top. The lady informed me she had one there(pointing to the enclosed glass case) and that she would add the written words. Hours later I present my wife with this little frosted white cake. It wasn't a birthday yellow cake, it was a pound cake which my wife despises. My MIL likes pound cake but was very disappointed with the grainy frosting and lack of flavor. Very over priced for the quality of the product. Only one star for service because she didn't not listen to what I asked for. Three stars for atmosphere as it was an a typical dessert bakery. One star for an overpriced product that did not delivery a quality cake.

I’ve got a friend that lives in Hartsville. That’s brought me cakes from CJ ‘s before. They are always wonderful. I think I’ve had maple and also red velvet and they were terrific.

After tasting what was maybe the most delicious cake I've EVER had, I looked closer at the packaging to find that CJs Cakes and Catering in Hartsville, SC was responsible. The 12 layer caramel cake is UNREAL AMAZING (for what it's worth, two of my friends prefer the chocolate). Regardless, the 12 layer cakes are heaven. Thank you CJs and please keep stocking Reid's Fine Foods in Charlotte!!!!

I went there for the first time today after getting a referral from a lady at the dr office. We Loved the 6 layer chocolate cake, pineapple cream cheese cake, red velvet bar, Pecan pie bar and Brownie! My family and I enjoyed these baked goods.
