Im honestly not sure how this place has 4 stars in general. I got two cook out trays, no crazy modifications or anything like that. The burger my husband got recieved the jalapeños the walking taco was supposed to have, he didn't get Cajun fries like he asked and had to get Cajun seasoning on the side afterwards, not a huge deal. Then I get to my chicken quesadilla and it only has like 3 pieces of chicken and I had to ask for a new one. All the while this is going on the cooks in the back are staring at us and giving us looks like we are the problem. In addition to all this, every single customer that came inside after us was around four people.And every single one of their orders was also messed up. Fix your store. This experience was absolutely horrible.

This Cook Out location absolutely deserves five stars! The staff was amazing from start to finish—friendly, polite, and very attentive. You can tell they take pride in what they do. My food was prepared perfectly, fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. It’s great to see a team working so well together and treating customers with genuine respect and care. The service was fast, the restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was top-notch. Big thanks to the whole crew at the Hartsville Cook Out—keep up the great work!

Drive-thru. Their menu overwhelms me. Lady talked too fast. Best dang banana milkshake I've ever had. Forget Sonic for milkshakes.
