This Cook Out location absolutely deserves five stars! The staff was amazing from start to finish—friendly, polite, and very attentive. You can tell they take pride in what they do. My food was prepared perfectly, fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. It’s great to see a team working so well together and treating customers with genuine respect and care. The service was fast, the restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was top-notch.

Posting this pulling out of the Cookout parking lot because Kenlee does not need to be the face people see/hear for their experience. This is not the first time we’ve seen her act out of character at the drive thru window. She was beating her fist, cussing, & acting unprofessional because her customer was not ordering fast enough— not knowing if that customer had a disability and was unable to order quickly. Inconsiderate on her part! Please take care of this.

We went through the drive through and young lady named Reagan took our order and handled our orders. We are large family which ends up being a large order and I try to avoid take out at short notice because most chains I've been to get annoyed and frustrated about cooking 7 combo meals.
