I really enjoy the food but the customer service is always bare minimum. I also don't understand why you only give two packs of crackers for a large salad and two cups of chicken salad. then when I asked for more they immediately looked at my reciept and told asked me "did you have a salad" I replied yes and she said "well it's in the bag" got home and I have two packs of captain wafers. Laine the manager sits on her phone all day and does nothing but boss the underage staff around and is incredibly rude to them. The owner is aware as many complaints have been made and does nothing about it because they’re friends. I ate there one time. The food is mediocre I’ll never eat there again.

Groucho's Deli is a restaurant known for its exceptional customer service and delicious food. The staff aims to ensure customer satisfaction, even making special deliveries to brighten someone's day. The menu features tasty subs, including the turkey/Salami/cheese/mayo with lettuce, and sides like a mysterious but delicious sauce. Customers enjoy fresh and flavorful sandwiches, along with a drool-worthy dressing on pasta salad and a thousand island dipping sauce. The atmosphere is friendly and clean, making it a great spot for lunch or dinner. With generous portions and a patient staff, Groucho's Deli is a place worth returning to and recommending to others. Free street parking is available, with additional parking in the rear. However, some customers feel that the service can sometimes be bare minimum, particularly when asking for extra items. Despite this, the themed decor celebrating its 1940's opening adds charm to the experience, reminding visitors to slow down and savor life's moments.
