I came in today with my husband at around 3-3:30, I told the cashier that my husband had a coupon in the car for a #1 large combo but she already new the promo code, and I was shocked! Saved us time from going back to the car it was also raining ! Everytime we come in she is always smiling and always makes sure our food is right and fresh! I only get food from there if a guy named Tim is making our food because it’s never wrong and if that sweet pregnant girl is working, they never fail to make my day, just the environment is always wonderful !

Employees wipe tables off with dry napkins, floor is slippery. Dead flies on window sills. Employees never smile tend to ignore customers Employees park in spots close to doors making customers walk farther

My husband had a horrible experience there.He ordered a sausage egg biscuit which was hard.The sausage looked like someone took a bite out of it.Then he got one of the blueberry biscuits with extra icing and this biscuits was hard on the outside and gooey in the middle then to make matters worse they put the biscuit icing side down. I wouldn't recommend at all...my husband said the only satisfying part of his meal was the plastic fork

I ask for a Frisco buger it wasn't a Frisco burger Iit two small hamburger patties on the bread bread was not toast cheese was cold not melted no mayo. It was not good at all this is the second time this happened to me evening shift.
Horrible service. I ordered a monster burger combo five people standing around my burger comes up they put it on the shelf nobody touches it nobody pays attention to the empty bag finally somebody looks at it puts the burger in there and says hey can you put some fries in this and all I get is far is frys a child's fry (cold) and they acted like they were doing me a favor instead of their job

I placed an online order, it said estimated ready time 7:42 p.m. It is currently 8:18 p.m. , employees are inside playing around, cashier has her shirt pulled up so you can see her stomach. I definitely do NOT suggest anyone coming to this Hardee’s in the evening time. I still have 3 other online orders I have to pick up.

I had a very bad experience at this Hardee’s location. I waited at the drive through intercom for a long time. But no one came on to take my order. I eventually went inside and all the employees were on their cell phones, to make matters worse the manager on duty was sitting down have lunch with a employee from Taco Bell next door. This kind of service is unacceptable and unprofessional . I want be coming back.
