Horrible service. I ordered a monster burger combo five people standing around my burger comes up they put it on the shelf nobody touches it nobody pays attention to the empty bag finally somebody looks at it puts the burger in there and says hey can you put some fries in this and all I get is far is frys a child's fry (cold) and they acted like they were doing me a favor instead of their job

I placed an online order, it said estimated ready time 7:42 p.m. It is currently 8:18 p.m. , employees are inside playing around, cashier has her shirt pulled up so you can see her stomach. I definitely do NOT suggest anyone coming to this Hardee’s in the evening time. I still have 3 other online orders I have to pick up.

I had a very bad experience at this Hardee’s location. I waited at the drive through intercom for a long time. But no one came on to take my order. I eventually went inside and all the employees were on their cell phones, to make matters worse the manager on duty was sitting down have lunch with a employee from Taco Bell next door. This kind of service is unacceptable and unprofessional . I want be coming back.

My husband went by to get breakfast to bring me at work in Lamar (15 mins away). He ordered a BEC combo w/Lg sweet tea. And 2 pork chop biscuits light gravy. When he got the order in the bag was 3 biscuits and in the correct wrapping and one hash rounds. So he came to my job and when I opened the bag I noticed the bec biscuit looked kind of big and that’s because it was a sausage and egg biscuit. Then my husband’s pork chop biscuits with light gravy, try NO gravy!!! So I called and spoke to the manager in which she apologized and asked me what was my order and that she would replace the entire meal anytime I’m ready to come get it. She took my name. Then the next morning my husband went to get breakfast for us to bring me to work and they had no idea what we he was talking about. So he called me and the person I spoke with said yeah what were you missing I then told her my order and she said ok but what didn’t you get I told her what they messed up and when my husband got to my job he only had 3 biscuits. I’m like she told me she was going to replace the entire order. He said that this is all she gave me. The first time I had old cold hash rounds and tea then the next day I just a hard bec biscuit. They really need to get it together.

Only customers in the place. Food came out cold. Girl behind the counter just had me throw the fries out and replaced them with hot ones. That was good. Breaded chicken sandwich was very dark like the oil needed changing and it also was cold. Husband got the six dollar bag and his two double cheeseburgers were cold. But the drinks were good.

When you order food through the app it's not hot. At this drive-thru you can sit there 10 minutes without even being acknowledged, so it doesn't look like they're really in business to make money.
