Not satisfied, ordered a 2 for 5 deal and only wanted a small fries which would have totaled $7.29 plus taxes. The cashier rung up a combo meal which came out to $9.90 and insisted that it was the better deal. I don’t drink sodas, however she insisted I get it. She didn’t know how to change the order and another staff came over and also insisted I get the combo. After just being frustrated, I took the meal and threw away the soda.

I have visited this hardees alot this year getting breakfast on my way to work in the mornings.The only reason I'm even reviewing is because I'm just disgusted with the attitude the girl taking drive through orders has when you try explaining why you pulled to the drive throug window after waiting an unusually long time after the recorded message finishes for someone to acknowledge you over the speaker You have to wait until you either decide to drive away or pull up to the window and she already knows your order." so she heard me say it after the recorded message says " can I take your order?"This has happened a few times and when I politely asked her there something wrong with the speaker you get a dead stare and no words from the girl.Ive politely gave benefit of doubt as to why so many times and got same dead glare that I don't know if it's worth the effort anymore I don't have alot of time to waste in the morning I've seen cars leave the drive through I've even left several times afraid of being late for work. I have trust issues with the food now because of how she glares at me when I ask for something or tell her how long I wasted waiting for acknowledgement at the speaker She also seems to passive aggressively not put spoon or fork or anything you should get in the bag. I give up you can't get good service at most places in Hartsville

Food was hot and tasty and order taker/cashier was smiling and upbeat! My only issue were with the Hash Rounds, they were very greasy. But, overall, a good breakfast ?

Ordered and paid for a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. I got a bacon cheese biscuit NO EGG! And it was cold and hard. Not fresh!?

Morning crew are really the best. Every time I’ve gotten something from there for breakfast, I’ve never had an issue and the workers have the best attitudes.
The service was okay, but the food was not. The store was a mess. It might have been after a rush or something (9:15am). There was one pot of weak, regular coffee on the drink counter. No decaf. When we asked about decaf, they pointed to that one pop, that clearly said regular. No tea. Napkins, straws everywhere. Spilled liquids, melting ice on drink station. Tables were not cleaned. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit was cold. Sausage gravy had zero sausage. None. Just had a few pepper flecks. The grits were cold and flavorless. Hash browns and soda were good.

This was the very first time I pulled out of the drive thru completely satisfied! The best service I have received at this Hardee's. I truly wish I got the man's name that made this experience over a Frisco Breakfast sandwich worth writing about.
