Absolutely NO turkey on this sandwich. I will never go back to this Jersey Mike's. I frequent the one in Florence and have never had a bad experience. But this place? Do not waste your money. Make your own. I promise it will be better.

Use to love going there, but now this one male server turned us off. He was very impatient with us ordering and was very rude. He acted like we wasn’t welcomed there. So I won’t be returning! He probably did something to our subs too. Disgusting ? Maybe he should find another job since he’s so unhappy with this position. And his hair is long and should be covered.

The Italian sub is where it’s at! So good! I am concerned though with the open food on display and the mound of bacon that sits over the stove , especially with flies. Food should stay covered when not being served

Really disappointed with sandwich maker. Wanted oil and vinegar on side so giant sandwich wouldn't get soggy, but he put it on the sandwich. For an almost $20 sub, you would think you could get it the way you wanted it.Bread needed to be cooked longer way underdone
Food went down price went up . They changed there rolls more like sub way roll .order the mushroom steak and only tasted mushroom on 1 bite half way threw . Just say the last sandwich I will be buying from any of there stores .

Food was delicious. One employee of the three was social and friendly. The other ones were clearly over it. The Jersey Mike’s in Sumter should be the corporate model for customer service. Prices were also high.
