I ordered on the app and I was told I had to come in side. I have 4 kids in the car. I said I can’t she said pull around and when I got to the window she rolled her eyes I get the bag and it was four of the ugliest chicken nuggets I ever saw box was torn and I was missing one. I was scared to give them to my children.

The service and atmosphere SUCK at night shift. The service is rude hands down. The atmosphere is uncomfortable and the man at the register is loud and rude. Never will I ever eat at this KFC again. I’ll take my money somewhere else than waste it on this place.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR BOX/Bucket, YOU MAY GET WHAT YOU DIDN’T ASK FOR I got a 3 piece crispy. And when I got home and looked inside…. There WAS 3 pieces, but you could put them all into one corner. Two legs and a look like a bat wing. That was unacceptable.! But the lady at KFC. Told me that i SHOULD HAVE CHECK THE BOX BEFORE LEAVING!!!!
Drive Thru was busy the day we were there, order a 12 piece Family Meal which was fresh and hot. Tried the new Apple Bites, those were a little disappointing. Not much apple flavor at all. People were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely going back, but no more apple bites.
My biscuit was like a small rock. My chicken was dry and hard. My husband ordered original but it was a dry hard original. I never had a bad chicken experience until tonite. It wasn't a cold , dry piece of chicken it was just like left over chicken . Yokes!????.

This is the LAST time I will have Chicken from there. Chicken is not worth buying a bucket for 3 people not including drinks. Way too high for what you get. You have to ask for a certain piece or you get wings and if I order wings it will be a place that serves wings. I would be ashamed to give someone what I got for my money spent . I will not eat nor order from KFC NO MORE.
