My sister & I went there a few nights ago to eat. We finally got our food then she was going to order food to take home we sat there 30-40 mins waiting to find out after she yells to ask the guy playing back there if her food was ready he informs us the cook hasn’t even started cooking them yet. Oversight he says. So then I go place a to go order for my husband & same story again. After 30 mins plus the manager comes from toilet asking if we had our food I said no the guy just said they just dropped them down it would be ready in a few mins. There is excessive playing in this restaurant & constantly looking at cell phones. There is no excuse for this type of behavior. When you get paid to work do your job, wait until your break or after closing to look at your cell phone. I would never treat my customers this way, to top it off neither of us got an apology or anything after that excessive wait. The food is good but service is horrible. I give a “Zero star review on service” this place needs maturity instead of kids playing & cutting up !!!!!

This is the slowest place I have ever been too… been waiting in line for almost over 15-20 minutes to order and they taking orders 1 by 1 I understand if they were short handed but I work at a fast food place also so they could have told everyone though instead of letting them wait there…

Placed my order through the app so I wouldn’t have to go inside went to the drive thru to get my order and was told I had to come inside even though I told them it was my order. I placed it in the app and went to the drive thru for a reason. App said my order was ready but when I went in to get it it was not ready. The manager went to bag my order into a plastic bag when I told her I didn’t need one she said “it’s fine” and still put my order into a bag asked what sauce I wanted I ignored her cause why should I tell you when you can’t seem to listen to the customer anyway. I took all my stuff out of the bag she still tried to force sauces on me I let them drop on the counter and left that bag on the counter cause ma’am when I say I don’t want something don’t force it on me. While walking out she called me rude even though I said nothing rude to her until that point. And I told her “I told her I didn’t want a damn bag”

Your food is good but every time I order dinner to pick up, you never give me utensils. Do I have to request them every single time just like we do condiments? You are selling convenience, so make it easy for customers to eat on the run.
The wait time was to long.Wait in drive Thursday over 10 minutes.

I went to KFC in Hartsville for the first time, this week. I specifically ordered a 3 piece chicken (Crispy) meal with green beans and potatoes with the gravy on the side. Several times the worker mentioned two piece. I said no 3 piece. He asked for my receipt. Here is what I got. NO GRAVY, only two pieces of chicken and corn.
And he kept my receipt. I didn’t care that it took 30 min. To get the food. But I told this guy repeatedly that it was a 3 piece chicken meal.
