Your food is good but every time I order dinner to pick up, you never give me utensils. Do I have to request them every single time just like we do condiments? You are selling convenience, so make it easy for customers to eat on the run.
Drive Thru was busy the day we were there, order a 12 piece Family Meal which was fresh and hot. Tried the new Apple Bites, those were a little disappointing. Not much apple flavor at all. People were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely going back, but no more apple bites.
They don't always get your order right. It's not fun when you get home and it's wrong. It's very hard to go through your whole order in your car. If they got it right the first time, this would be a 5 star.
