Went in today and ordered a pizza by phone. Was answered by a rude ssa employee who I think was the manager dark skin child cause thats what she act like. She answered the phone took my order and I didn't even know if she got my 2 pizza correct because right after me saying my first pizza order I was told it gone be 30 mins for the pretzel pizza then I added on my second pizza. Was not given a total. I was ordering in the parking lot of the establishment so I went inside right after I ordered, the manager was very rude she rolled her eyes and neck as I told her i just placed an order and she was very rude taking it I told her I was coming in to confirm it because she was so unatentive on the phone. Shortly as I paid she didn't call my name or order she just said the total and didn't make any eye contact. Personally as a former manager, manager needs evalutions monthly at this establishment...the service is terrible.

Tired, it’s been a day. So, why not order pizza for the family I thought! Ordered a crazy bread, large pepperoni pizza and a large ham and jalapeño pizza for delivery. 9:13 pm we got the texted our food has been picked up. I was excited. We live a total of 4 mins away from this location. Maybe, I shouldn’t have been so lazy, and got it myself. Well, our driver Kelly sat there in Walmart parking lot for a good 20 minutes. As we were calling doordash support, we were told the food would be there in 5 mins…. NOPE! they then pulled into the hotel behind Walgreens for like another 20 mins… okay, but on the way whatever right, NOPE! The car finally pulls up. A beaten down car with one headlight, driver is wearing no shirt, and a person in back seat falling asleep, while Kelly our driver gets out of car. Well, whatever, at least we can eat now. When we opened the boxes… well first of all, no sauce on either pizza and was stuff crust, what I assume cheddar cheese on pizzas too!? Crazy puffs, which we did not order. And our jalapeño and ham pizza was also a pepperoni pizza, stuffed crust with no cheese. Maybe, just maybe this pizza fits someone’s taste… but not ours. I unfortunately, just ate cold pepperoni off the pizza, because it was so inedible.

Ordered delivery, driver went on adventure time and spent 25 mins in Walmart parking lot before heading to the quality in for awhile. So when they arrive in there vehicle with one headlight and I hope not working A/C because the driver just forgot to where a shirt, at least I hope that’s all he forgot to wear cause he didn’t get out one of the other 3 did. AND after all that amazing service I was completely shocked, bewildered even, to discover that all the items were incorrect, do not try to call customer service either, the second person I was transferred too(don’t worry I only had to talk to 6 people in total)informed me that the first didn’t know how to do his job. Couldn’t tell you how the food was. I walked in and asked for something. The woman told me it would be a 10 minute wait which I don’t have an issue with it was the attitude in which she said it with as though I was bothering her having to make this Didn’t feel comfortable at that point having her make anything for me and left
