Wish there was a place for no stars,I went inside placed my order pd for it was told it wud be 20 mins, went outside waited 30 mins only to be told they had no idea how long it wud be maybe I could understand if they were busy their was litterally 3 customers waited another 20 mins to get half my order and ask for a refund on the rest only to be told they didn't have any cash in the registry mind u I pd in cash they gave me $1.00 back for Italian Cheesy bread and crazy puffs I took the dollar half my order and left just shaking my head I've never seen such a poorly ran place of buisness it was utterly chaos the entire time that's just unacceptable .Will never use Little Ceasars again not that they care about their customers or anything else.

My daughter went to this location to pickup our order. She was constantly ignored by staff and the order wasn’t even prepared properly. Ordered cheese and herb crazy puffs, but received pepperoni…. Even after the order was completed the status in the app still shows “in the oven” (yes, I did refresh many times to get the latest status). I guess we will be going to Florence from now on.

What are you expecting?For $10 you can be eating pizza in your car within 5 min. I wish the warmers kept it a bit "warmer"Sometimes it's room temp.

I will never order from this place again called in for a pepperoni pizza and a supreme and an order of wings plain what the person who picked it up got was a cold supreme and wings with hot sauce on them also the person who took order hung up on me before I was finished
