Ordered via mobile on 11-12. Parked in stall 4 and ordered on location. After 20 mins we approached a car hop in the parking lot... he was polite.. but high.. had our order. Everything was there but lukewarm. Fries were stale. Burger patties were dry all around. The condiments were spread unevenly like kindergarten art. Nuggets were fine but cold. Burger components were falling out of the wrappers into the bag. Customization stickers were stuck to the inside of the wrappers (on 2). 2 burgers,1 chicken burger, fries, nuggets ...Signed Karen.
MD always gets fresh right. My go to for comfort food. So disappointed.

Edit: we waited 45 minutes for plain biscuits and cheese biscuits and the big breakfast plate. 30 minutes for just the biscuits and 15 for pancakes. It was ridiculous.
Honestly I don't know what the hold up is. Regardless of what you order you get pushed to a curbside pickup. Doesn't matter what time it is either. Rude unfriendly workers at the window who don't respond if you try to be friendly. Just instantly interrupts you and tells you to go to x spot.

Im very disappointed with McDonald's, if I pay for a combo meal, I don't expect gor my fries to be cold & rubbery.
Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to hands down. I’ve been to several McDonald’s over the country. However, almost every time I come here and place my food in the mobile app, they take at least 20 minutes if not half an hour to provide my food. And that’s if I don’t go inside and pick it up myself, invalidating the whole point of a mobile order. Plus there have been times I’ve ordered food, they took over half an hour and I left without it—no refund. I’ve reported this before but no one from management reached out. Beware.

Do NOT go here if you have a chronic illness. The employee with the red tattoo on her neck treated my friend like garbage because of her illness. She didn't want to give her her cups so she would accidentally touch her because "something had to be wrong with her since she had no hair" Absolutely disgusting behavior.
