Gave my order away and would not give a refund. The “manager” Garrett is very unprofessional. He wanted to go get my order from the customer that had walked out and already in their vehicle. This is not acceptable.
They are really friendly. Great staff 3/12/25

When I open the restaurant door, it is extremely hard to open up, and walking inside it has a foul smell mildew, moldy .Old rugs look nasty.they need to be replaced. Actually, the whole place needs a total makeover!!!
The place is has the bench seats pushed against the wall and a few tables in the middle . the party room but it's being used for storage room. It's a shame because Pizza Hut food is good
Take hour to get pizza after using app to order online always wait for you to get there to fix it and drive thru windows has a note on it walk inside to pick up.workers are rude
They opened at 10 am. I placed my order and paid online at 9:59. Pickup time was 10:30. I arrived at 10:30 waited for someone to come to the window for about 7min. There's a sign on the window saying the bell is broke honk your horn and be patient. I honked when I got there then again after 5 minutes. The guy came to the window asked for my information. After tapping a few times on his computer screen he then tells me that there system is down. I asked how is it down and I got a confirmation number and time to be here. He asked if I already paid I said yes. He said he could fix it and it would take 8 to 9 minutes. 20 minutes later I finally had some food.
Ordered online.....Big Box with 2 pizzas , upgraded to cheese sticks and Medium wings.....Marinara and Ranch with a 2 liter of Dr.Pepper. Get back to the hotel with boneless wings (not what I ordered) no sauces and a 2 liter of pepsi.....Cmon man !!
Slow and lazy!
Order paid for & placed on app. Showed up on time to pickup order. Order wasn't ready. Waited 20 mins. During that time, I watched 2 doordashers pick up orders and someone walk-in ordered and got their pizza before me. I asked about my order & was given the wrong order. They either didn't cook my order, lost it, or gave it away to someone else. Never again pizza hut. I finally requested to cancel my order requested a refund.

Called yesterday before hand for 1 large cheese, 1 cheese stick. After arriving and waiting almost 45 minutes in their drive thru, I called the store (b/c I have 2 small children in the car; hence why I placed it for the drive thru pick up) the store stated my pizza “got stuck in their over.” And it’s being remade? I asked for a refund which seemed to be an issue. After getting with my bank, the bank does not see where I was refunded and trying to get someone on the phone at the physical store has been a nightmare! We are new to the area and unfortunately will not be back or recommend.
Also, i would appreciate if someone could refund my $30.00. Thanks.

They gave my mama the wrong order MULTIPLE times. She hadn't ordered through door dash, but after the mistake the first time, they randomly sent it to her through door dash. My mother tipped the delivery person the first time and then had to tip the dasher, as well. It's incredibly unprofessional to make the same mistake— wrong order— twice in a row. For it to just have happened once, that's understandable, but twice? My mother wasn't even given any of her money back for the continuous mishaps.

Ordered online, drove 20mins to get to restaurant. On the way the app said order was ready. Arrived and still had what 25 mins for the order to be prepared. I will not be returning.
I had a great experience at Pizza Hut. My pizza was exactly how I ordered it, came out hot & was very fresh. The crust was cooked to the perfect crisp.

Ordered 3 pizzas and wings. App said 14 minutes. Got to the store 20 minutes later, asked to wait, that's fine. After 25 minutes, went inside and asked about the order. Found out all but 1 pizza was under the warmer and they forgot to make one but would start it, ready in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later, still no pizza. Had to ask for a refund after waiting over an hour for the order. Was told the cook in the back didn't know what he was doing. Skip this Pizza Hut.
Having picky eaters in the house can make meal times quite stressful! Today's order was better than expected.
